Lovely studio in a quiet neighborhood
As a recent tenant I wanted to share my wonderful experience during my stay at the studio. It truly felt like home. The cozy atmosphere, complete with a gas fireplace and air conditioning, provided the perfect retreat after a day at work. There's a nice backyard with a deck and table for spending afternoons outside. The studio was well-equipped for traveling professionals and had nearly everything I found myself needing. It featured a stove, small fridge (full size out in the garage), and on-site washer and dryer. I appreciated the private entrance, which added a nice touch of independence. Parking was also ample and convenient, making it easy to come and go at my leisure. Having a Target and a market just down the street made it easy to grab groceries or snacks whenever needed, and you're just a few minutes from the freeway so it's easy to get up and on your way. Most importantly, the homeowners were incredibly generous and welcoming, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Tahoe Park studio to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Sacramento.
Highly Recommended!
I stayed here longer than anticipated as a travel nurse because I liked the place so much. As a traveler, it really helped to be in a safe and quiet area of Sacramento. I was in my own private living space and (maybe) saw the landlords 1-2 times a month, if that. They were very friendly and accommodating. The place itself had everything I needed including a Washer and Dryer and a safe outdoor storage space for my bicycle. I really enjoyed the electric wood stove during the cold months. The kitchen/cooking area is small however I was able to meal prep and cook dinner every night without any issues. If I continued to travel I would come back here in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful stay Lou & Kevin!
