Great Find!

I was very lucky to be able to stay in this apartment for 6 months while working at MGH. The location is absolutely fantastic; safe, pet friendly and just a few minutes from the hospital, the park, whole foods and bunch of restaurants. Also, huge bonus to have a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Highly recommend!

Amazing Boston Experience

This unit was everything I could've asked for. Great location for working at MGH, going downtown and close to the garage where I kept my car. Easy access to laundry, great working heaters and A/C, and amazing rooftop space. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place and amazing landlords!

Everything said about this rental is spot on. The apartment is spacious, clean, quiet and has everything you'll need for your stay. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. It's extremely dog friendly, and you'll meet lots of other pups on walks in the neighborhood or at the Common. Laundry is next door and rarely unavailable. They've recently changed to a QR code and app so no more lugging around rolls of quarters. D and S are wonderful to rent from - quick to respond and the nicest people to work with. The location is <10 min walk to MGH and multiple T stations. Lucky you if you get this gem in Beacon Hill!

Great Experience

I would recommend this apartment to anyone interested living in Boston especially without a car, as the location is so incredible and very walkable to almost anywhere you want to go in the city. It is a spacious 1 bed/1 bath on the first floor (very convenient for groceries & moving), with the only street access being from the front door to the apartment building, so I also felt very safe living there alone. The appliances are updated. The king bed is SO comfortable. There is a rooftop sitting area that is really nice with a great view. D*** & S*** were very lovely, very kind hosts and responded promptly if I needed anything. As I said, I had a great experience during my 7 months living in this space and would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place in the city.

Best Boston apartment!!

I cannot stress how much I loved living in this apartment!! If I hadnt had to move on from my travel job, I wouldve lived here longer. The location is amazing and convenient and in the cutest little neighborhood. Its a quick walk to the green line (Park st) or red line (MGH). Theres grocery stores/convenience stores/restaurants/and shopping nearby. The apartment itself is very clean, quiet, located on the first floor, and it has all the basics you need to cook. The bed is so comfortable, the AC unit cools the apartment quickly, the radiators heat it up quickly, the water is hot with good pressure. The building washer/dryer is nice and cheaper than the laundromat and I only waited to use it once. D and S are absolutely amazing to rent from and the apartment is a steal for the area in Boston! You wont regret living here!! My dog and I were so sad to leave!

Beacon Hill

Where do I begin?! Deniz and her husband are the kindest couple and the best landlords. My year+ stay at this property was wonderful. The apartment is blocks from MGH and everything you need is walking distance. Use the laundry in the building. Its hardly ever used and its much cheaper than using the local laundromats. I wouldnt think twice about renting from them again! They really are the best!

Living the Beach Hill Dream

I could not be happier with my experience! The apartment was in amazing condition and is a quiet, peaceful, sanctuary from city life. Clean, spacious & so cozy! My landlords were absolutely wonderful and very detail oriented. They prepared for my stay with so much thought and consideration. No stone was left unturned. They are friendly, caring and responded immediately to any questions I had. They included me in any email correspondence that pertained to the apartment building or my unit. I could not recommend these landlords and this property enough. The apartment really is a dream spot!
