For some reason it would only let me put 4 stars. The place was quiet and clean in a nice neighborhood. Swad was wonderful and I would stay there again.

Great Stay

This is an excellent home with an incredible homeowner. S was great to be around and the house was always nice and inviting after a long work day. Location was excellent as well. On the outskirts of Reno, it gives you good access to the city when desired as well as a peaceful calm place to relax when you want. The room was excellent and I would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

Such a comfy/ cozy home! I stayed with S for 6 months and it was great. Her home is always clean and well organized. She is a very welcoming host. The room had a lot of storage and natural light! I cant sit to come back and visit her in the future!

Quiet Place to Relax

Swad's home is Relaxing, CLEAN, and Tranquil. A great home away from home. Her rooms are well equip with dressers and have large closets and comfy beds. The kitchen is beautiful, if you like to cook and there is plenty of room in the fridge for everyone to meal prep. She even has a grill. Washer/dryer are huge. The house rules are simple and easy to follow. The home is situated in a quiet safe neighborhood with easy access to all you could need by short car ride. If you need suggestions on things to do just ask Swad. I could not have asked for a better host.

Comfortable Living

Swad's home has been my most comfortable and peaceful accommodation since I started traveling in 2015. My room was quiet and large enough to fit all of my stuff. The bed is very comfortable which made me spend a lot of time in my room. I had full access to the beautiful kitchen as I do cook my meals each week. Shared a bathroom with another traveller. Everything works great in the house including washer and dryer. The deck in the backyard is cool and she has a grill that I used. Swad is friendly, considerate and a great communicator. I will definitely rent from her again!!

Clean house

Finding good affordable housing in Reno is definitely no easy task. Until this assignment I only sought out private residences in lieu of shared rooms. Staying at Swad's was my first shared room experience and I can honestly it changed my opinion for the better. Swad is friendly and helpful but not the type to be unnecessarily in your business. Her home is cozy and comfortable AND PEACEFUL with everything you really need. I had a nice room, bed, dresser, and closet and shared my bathroom with another travelling healthcare worker. I would not hesitate to stay with Swad on a future assignt
