V is a great host. The room is large and very homey with a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again if I do another assignment in Nashville.

Nice rental unit

The bedroom is spacious, cozy and clean. The property is very close to many restaurants. The landlord is nice and accommodating.

Short term stay

It was nice to stay at this home. It provided the necessary accommodations I needed. It was close and conveniently located to my workplace. Ms. V did well to accommodate my needed and I appreciated that. The home was as tidy as it could be for the duration of my stay. The room was very nicely furnished, spacious, and comfortable.

Awesome place

This is the best housing I have ever lived in! All the comforts of home, extremely large private living area. Secure and safe neighborhood within 20 minutes to my job! My landlord is the nicest person treats me like one of the family! Close to shopping 🛍 areas and the Nashville Zoo! If you’re looking for an excellent place to live I would recommend here!
