Updated lovely space

This unit has been updated well with very nice touches all around. The landlord was a down to earth fellow RN and was very accommodating. We never had any issues with parking right outside our door and rarely heard the tenants above, aside from their footsteps. The unit was a little dirty and smelled like cat pee when we first arrived, but after we wiped everything down a bit and mopped we were very comfortable. The summer months were warm without AC but was definitely doable with our fan. We got off work at 5pm and traffic was pretty bad from OHSU (35-40 minutes from parking lot to unit door), so maybe try to avoid this rush hour time if at all possible. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property Review

As a night shift nurse this is a great place to rent. I had no issues during my time here. Very rarely would I hear any noise coming from upstairs which was huge sleeping during the day. B and N are professional and always got back to me in a timely manner and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment is essentially underground too, keeping it cool during those warm PNW summer days.

Miss this place already!

Its difficult to express in 600 characters how amazing my experience was here. This was my first contract as a traveler and first time living far away from home. I was lucky enough to be their first tenant in this brand new, beautiful space. Ben and Nicole were nothing short of incredible landlords who made me feel safe and taken care of. They have been generous, communicative, and kind. They gave me my space but were available for any of my needs. There were zero annoyances or complaints. They provided everything I couldve imagined and more. Not sure I can ever thank them enough!
