Fantastic neighborhood
Stayed here for a month while I was in town for some short term work. The loft has everything you need along with fast WiFi. The neighborhood itself is in a fantastic location with everything been so conveniently close by. Supermarket literally around the corner with a park/lake coffee shop all less than ten minute walk away. Downtown st Pete is only 15mins or away which is again very walkable. The mattress was fantastic to ensure a good nights sleep and the loft is very privately set up at the back of the main property. Dirk was very friendly and so accommodating when it came to my work dates changing. I'm hoping to be back in town for a longer period this winter and definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Charming & Chill
Welcoming, charming, easy breezy. The location is fabulous for getting around (near freeway yet quiet). A grocery store is around the bend a couple blocks away, a variety of interesting restaurants you can walk to and the neighborhood is gorgeous (walk to the lake). The property is graceful with huge trees. Parking was easy for my guests. Home was sparsely but wisely equipped and in perfect working order. The wi-fi is excellent for WFH. Experienced, responsive & friendly owners.
