Quiet and Comfortable Place!

I recently stayed at the house and almost missed the opportunity. I had a short term RN contract at MCA and needed an affordable, close place to stay but the reviews were from 6 - 7 years ago. Due to the conversation I had with the owner, I felt at ease and rented one of the bedrooms with a shared bathroom (sink was private). I was able to meal prep for the week, wash laundry, watch TV while eating dinner or lounging too, and get restful sleep. Since I can't eat dairy and don't eat much meat, there were options for healthy dining. I recommend Ninja Ramen and Shawarma Basha. The bedrooms are furnished but you'll need to bring your own bedding which was fine because I had an extra set at home. Plus, Walmart is only a half mile away and you could purchase a set inexpensively. While staying there, I got to meet the other 2 renters and became friends with another nurse traveler. BTW, the owner of the house doesn't live there so you'll practically have the house to yourself at times.

Great place to stay!

This is a beautiful house. It is located in a very safe, family oriented neighborhood. I felt very safe. Its located near great shopping and grocery stores. The house has quite a few bedrooms and is very sound proof. The owner is so kind and generous. It was such a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

The house is new, beautiful and well cared for, the renter is kind and accommodating, and all my fellow roommates were professional adults. I stayed in a bedroom with a large closet and my own bathroom. The kitchen is open and roomy as well with new appliances. It is very comfortable and an excellent place for traveling medical people to live. It's also close to everything including grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, and a mall. Highly recommend.
