Nicely Located

Stephan kept good communication whenever something was needed or questions arise. I enjoyed my stay; the apartment is located on the edge of downtown. Your close to eateries and the beach. Laugh Factory is less than two miles if you enjoy comedy I recommend. Theres shopping as well with outlet mall and gym options all close by. My dog and I enjoyed the stay and would rent again if needed.

Went to work in Carson for a few months. Stayed there July thru November. Place was clean and afordable.Had no problems the time we where there friendly neighbors. Easy parking. Couldn't ask for more. We'll be renting there next time we go back. Thanks.

DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT LOCATION; COMMUNICATION ISSUES WITH PROPERTY MANAGER/OWNERSS

I rented in March 2023 with my bf and dog. Within days of arriving, another tenant on the property & a neighbor warned us of safety concerns, said not to spend any time outside even during the day. The neighbor said to not walk our dog in that neighborhood & drive to a park or to other area. He also said I shouldn't be outside alone, so my boyfriend met me outside the apartment every night after work. The property owner mentioned issues during his own stay years back where he called the police for gang activity next door numerous times.. There was a lot of frustration around shortening our lease due to safety concerns, as the property manager & one property owner said we could end our lease after 1 month so we signed a lease elsewhere, but the other owner later was not agreeable to modify the lease under 3 months. In the end, we ended up leaving before our lease was up & paid for several more weeks of rent, but our safety was most important! Please research the area prior to booking!

Amazing rental! Stayed here with my travel partner and it was the perfect size and location for us! Laundry on site, wonderful hosts, very comfortable accommodations. I recommend this to everyone I know going on assignment in this area.

The Belmont #3

I stayed in The Belmont #3 for my 12 week assignment. The space had everything I needed and R was very helpful and easy to communicate with if I had any needs. The space is fully stocked and I probably used the Keurig more than anything in the kitchen! I stayed in this space by myself but could easily fit 2 travelers comfortably. Laundry on site was great and in a pretty central location. Long Beach has it's little gems and I loved spending my days off exploring. Definitely try WEOP if you're in the area or the taco truck at the top of Magnolia! I worked in Downey which was an easy commute to and from work. Needless to say, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend to any traveler in the Long Beach area.

Great place, location & host

My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to stay for work on short notice & the host was great at replying & accomodating us! Anything we needed was quickly handled! The entrance to the apartment itself is in a gated area, there's a small outdoor area & a great fast Mexican food place across the street! The beach is at maximum 15 minutes away even with traffic, there's a big shopping area in long beach as well. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

The Wrigley #1

Stayed here for roughly 5 months and never had a single issue. Beautiful apartment with tons of accommodations. R and S are quick to respond with any needs, they really made this stay feel like home away from home. Highly recommend!

Great place

Amazing place! The property managers are easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. The unit we stayed at was very clean upon our arrival and it has everything that you will need for a short stay. Having your own garage and driveway was very helpful and also the laundry service was great! The property was 5 mins away from the freeway which makes for an easy drive to work. I would definitely come back if I was ever back in California.

Home Away From Home

I cant say enough good about R & S or this place. I felt right at home the moment I arrived. Im normally a shy person but they put me right at easeI mean who ensures you have a fresh loaf when you arrive. They are kind & readily available when things go OOOPS. Its safesecure and pet friendly. Next contract Im honestly hoping they have a unit available come August.

Magnolia Unit 1

My stay in Unit 1 at the Magnolia property was great! I worked in Torrance and my drive was a quick 25 minutes. The location of the house is close to highway access, the beach and many restaurants. The house was very comfortable with lots of storage space and very accommodating in terms of linen and dish-ware. I personally enjoyed the cozy bed and 1/2 bathroom in the master room! The property has surveillance cameras and gate codes at every entrance so I always felt very safe! R and S were always so quick to respond and even generously shared fresh eggs and jam with my roommate and I. Thanks for a great stay, hope to visit Long Beach again !

Apt D on Magnolia Avenue

Really loved this property. I stayed in apt D for 3 months while on assignment with Lakewood Regional. I had the place to myself. It was the perfect space. Very clean. I loved having a garage space. It was nice knowing my car was safe. I felt super safe knowing my neighbors were all travelers like me. They were nice, quiet & respectful. I felt safe knowing there were cameras with a locked/gated entry. The neighborhood isn't the safest but I had no issues while I lived there. Location - super close to plenty of beaches, grocery stores, hospitals, shops, restaurants. Robin & Stefan are so very thoughtful & I loved having them as landlords. They had quarters for me, ready to go, for laundry. They had a carton of eggs & homemade jams for me. The jams were so good! It's just little things that go a long way esp when you're far from home.

Long Beach gem

This was a perfect large two bedroom apartment for dog Bella and I. There was more than enough storage space for all my things I collected while out and about in Long Beach. We were also not to far from the beach and there were a few parks around as well. My job was about 30 mins away in LA so this was a nice comfortable retreat away from the city to relax and enjoy. The whole little complex is filled with other travel nurses so it felt safe and familiar to me. Robin and Stefan were so amazing with responding to any issues that came up, which were very few for me. I would completely stay here again if I ever come back to the LA/Long Beach area. Truly a gem!

Home away from Home!!!

This property was everything I needed and more. Lots of sunlight, dog friendly, secure gated entrance, close to highway, parking. Robin and Stephan were a pleasure and were always ready to address any needs I had. Unit was very spacious and served as a home away from home for my Labrador and I. Updated and modern amenities included. Laundry service was a great touch. Bedrooms got a great breeze with all of the windows. Thanks for everything!!

2 travel RN Night shifters

Awesome apartment for 2 night shift travel nurses. Had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to towels for the bathroom. Just had to bring out clothes and we were set! Very professional, easy to contact if needed anything, returned full deposit quickly(not the easiest thing to get on travel contracts). It is in a rough side of town but became heavily policed for increased safety but literally less than 1 mile away is beautiful streets of Long Beach with restaurants and bars. Would walk to the park to play basketball everyday! Would absolutely recommend!

Traveling Nurses Stay

Definitely 5 stars. This property definitely fits the title. Its a hidden Gem in Long Beach! The units are fully renovated with new furniture which was awesome. Stephan & Robin were great & accommodated to our every need. This place was perfect for me & my roommate thats also a travel nurse.

Clean & Cozy

This place was perfect for my assignment! I stayed at Robin and Stefan's place for my 12 week contract and it was a great spot to be able to experience Long Beach. After evaluating a few places I eventually chose to stay here and I am so glad I did! It's affordable without sacrificing quality. They really have thought of every comfort of home and were very attentive hosts during my stay. I really appreciated being close to freeways to be able to get around town quickly, having a private secured garage was a added benefit! I recommend this place! I hope to stay here again if its available!

Cozy home

My roommate and I resided in the Washington unit for 8 months and enjoyed our stay here. The inside of the unit was completely renovated, new furniture and nicely decorated inside. The interior has a lot of natural lighting and is like a cozy home. The landlords are often on site, cleaning up and making the exterior look nice and they were always readily available for any minor maintenance issues. There are 3 other units in the building that typically has other travel nurses as well. It is also very close to downtown Long Beach, the pike and the beach which makes it even better!

Traveling professionals paradise!

The property owners welcome you here like family, and have worked very hard to make this space feel like home for nomads. There are 4 units total so its very easy to make friends in this mini traveler's community. We stayed in unit #1 for 5 months (with our dog, yay pet friendly!), the apartments are brand new and come stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. The beach is only a 10 min drive, as well as downtown Long Beach which has great restaurants and nightlife. It's a 30 min drive to Santa Monica, Huntington beach, and Downtown LA. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Hidden gem, great landlords!

We stayed at the Belmont unit for 8 months. We were new to Long Beach, but robin and Stefan ( the landlords and owners of the property) made it feel like home. They have worked tirelessly to make this property perfect for travelers. The amenities were great ( garbage disposal, ac unit, 1.5 bathrooms, spacious rooms), parking was easy and location to work was just what we wanted. In the mornings we would typically drive or bike to the beach ( only a mile away) - our favorite part! Any time we needed anything Robin was also quick to reply, would highly recommend to any traveler! Sad we had to go
