Quiet Family Neighborhood, Travelers Only

Mice, fruit Flys and Marijuana

Both the owner and his roommate live downstairs and are always there all day. They were very nosy and asked a lot of uncomfortable personal questions. They both smoke Marijuana heavily and have severe coughing spells at all hours of the day and night. The odor is very intense and the coughing spells kept me awake all hours. Definitely not family friendly and would not recommend for single women or families with children due to the Marijuana and the visitors coming by at all hours. They have neighborhood children come over and do chores for them in the yard and they do not pay them. The kids kept knocking our door everytime our cars were in the driveway looking for payment. The owners live downstairs but they conveniently failed to tell the kids doing their yard work. They have vegetables and fruits that they grow all around the house. The house is infested with fruit Flys and mice. Trapped 2 mice and had to buy several fruit fly traps. DONT STAY HERE its not worth it!

Laid back, quiet neighborhood!

This is a conveniently located house in a nice, quiet neighborhood! Upstairs is 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The owner lives downstairs and is always available and very responsive to any possible issues that may arise. The porch is lovely and surrounded by flowers and trees! We had a short-lived, but great stay. :)

Best place I've stayed!

I have really enjoyed my stay here. very quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, and safe. I especially love the deck overlooking the woods. It's partially covered and private. S is big into gardening and I had my own little garden going, therapeutic and fun. The house is very nice, very comfortable. The bedrooms are cozy and private and lock with your own key if you desire. If there are any issues, S will take care of it right away, which is great. I have become good friends with S and his friends and they are a down to earth, fun-loving group of people enjoying life. If you want company [or super good food, they grill and cook a lot] head downstairs. If you want to be left alone to enjoy your privacy, that is perfectly respected but you will most likely get an invite

Great room!

Due to unexpected circumstances with work, my stay was unduly short but I greatly enjoyed my few days here. The room is comfortable, the host was very accommodating and my roommate was absolutely the sweetest. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood that feels safe and it's close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was equipped with everything I needed and everything was clean and ready to go. Great space, really awesome for traveling Healthcare workers!
