I recently purchased this 3 bed, 2 bath home. I love to cook, so the kitchen is stocked with cookware, new stove and dishwasher for us to share. The room I'm renting is the fully furnished basement. This room has a private full bathroom for your use and shared laundry (which I would schedule with you).

Home away from Home
Charlotte and the space she offers were the perfect home away from home. She is very welcoming and accommodating. I shared the basement with my boyfriend and it was the perfect amount of space with everything you might need, including a comfy bed. And when we didn't have what we needed, Charlotte did her best to have it taken care of. Adorable back yard to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. Only about a 10 minute drive to YNHH. The shared kitchen and living room space was never an issue, I love to cook and had plenty of opportunity to use the kitchen. Highly recommended :)
