Spectacular modern furnished condo in the heart of Seattle

The stay was amazing! First, Joy is awesome! She is on top of everything & has a method to make sure everything goes smoothly when checking in and out. The studio itself is cute and cozy, has everything you need in it. The building feels very safe and secure, esp w/ the 24/7 concierge! Location is great, I was only 10 min from the hospital. Rooftop is beautiful, gym well equipped, & the staff were very kind. I would stay there again if I was still working in Seattle. Highly recommend !

Wonderful!

I had a wonderful stay! The condo is very spacious for a studio and the location is absolutely great especially if you like to get out and about. Joy is very responsive and a delight to interact with. The concierge service is extremely helpful and the rooftop views are lovely. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo close to downtown and hospitals

I enjoyed my stay. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and activities. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Youre near downtown-there are homeless people that live near the building, but I never had an issue or any theft. The building takes their security seriously. Living in condo there are a lot of rules to abide by, but its for everyones safety and to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. Joy was a pleasure to work with and I know her goals was to make sure I had a seamless arrival and comfortable stay.

I stayed here during my travel nursing assignment and absolutely loved it! I moved from Oklahoma and was new to a bigger city.The key entry access to the building with concierge was really nice to have while working the night shift and arriving back home at odd hours of the night, it made me feel safe.The location was walking distance to Pikes Market with several restaurants and coffee places nearby. Joy was such a delight and quickly responded to any questions I had.. The metro bus stop is just right around the corner, I would take the bus to work to avoid parking and fees at the hospital. There are study rooms that are very spacious and quiet for those that are in school.The rooftop was absolutely beautiful, you have a view of the Space Needle, the ocean with all the ships that come and go.I would highly recommend this space to anyone visiting Seattle! : )

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. The condo had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, couch, washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen. It's a very secure building in a great location in Seattle. I worked at Harborview Medical Center and was able to catch the bus to work from a stop that was only about 2 blocks away. Joy was a very kind and attentive landlord as well. Highly recommend.
