Lovely Home with a Lovely Person

I had the privilege of staying with M for nearly 5 months during my clinical year, leaving with a new friend and great memories. M's home is in the Mission District, a historical and cultural landmine for SF. It is a 3-5 minute drive to freeways and only a 5-12 minute walk from bus stops or BART. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, and cafes. It is also near several parks (including Mission Dolores!). The room is massive with great lighting, plenty of storage space, and a desk for work. Her kitchen is fully equipped, and she has a lovely backyard to spend sunny afternoons. M was a great host and accommodated any requests I had. She is very friendly and honors your privacy. I was grateful to have her as my host and I will always look back on this time fondly. I will note that if you are a commuter, parking tends to be difficult in the neighborhood. However, M was always willing to offer her driveway if needed.
