My Favorite Stay Ever

I have been traveling for 6 years and this by far is my favorite stay ever. The family is amazing and friendly. The landscaping and home is settled in a perfect secluded area which made me feel safe. The owners made sure I had everything I needed. They treated me like family and I didn't want to leave! lol I recommend this stay to anyone who needs peace and quiet when they are off work. I can't thank this family enough for the support and kindness they showed me. J

Beautiful Property

This property was a joy to stay in! Beautiful land and peaceful area. The property is gated, so we felt safe at all times. You will never see better kept grass in your life! The home itself is spacious and has everything you need to have a successful stay: kitchen supplies, spices, tupperware, water bottles, ziplocks, silverware, washer/dryer, bathtub, two large closets, dressers, etc. There are two dogs and two cats that roam the property, which is a real treat for animal lovers. They are all very friendly! The Reisz family is very kind and made sure to check in on us to see how we were enjoying our stay. They always greeted us when we crossed paths as well. Thank you all for your kindness towards us! I recommend checking out Chuck's Butcher Shop and J&J Ramos Farm's for your meat and produce needs if you plan on cooking during your stay. 22-24 minute drive to Sutter Memorial in Modesto. The commute was worth it to be in such a safe and quiet area.

Charming Farmhouse Cottage

Absolutely a *beautiful* property surrounded by orchards. So beautiful in fact that they host weddings here on occasion. The Host Family shares the property and pool; they are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They take lots of pride in their property, keep it well maintained and are just all around *good people*. There was some pool house construction going on during our stay (Summer 2021), but everyone was mindful of our space. Two outdoor spunky farm dogs and two loving orchard cats also call this property their home. We loved that they let us use their grassy bull pin to exercise our pup; she'll never know grass this nice again (lol). The house is great too, super comfortable, all the necessary conveniences and then some. Not overly decorated (bonus). House surprisingly stays super cool all day long despite extremely high temps mid summer. InstaCart, DoorDash, HelloFresh, etc deliver here. It was nice to experience the slower pace of farm life and enjoy the outdoors here.

Five Star Place

My husband and I stayed here for 6 months and had a great experience. We wouldve stayed longer when we found out our contract was extended, but it was already booked out. Safe and quiet area. Pool is a great plus and we loved having our own patio area. The house is spacious and clean. The landlord/homeowner and his family were friendly but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

Feels like home!

A friend and I stayed here for about 4 months and we absolutely loved this home. We both work night shift, so the property was a great match as it's tucked away from any busy road, leaving nothing but peace and quiet. We were only 20 min away from Memorial, easy commute, minimal traffic. Amenities of town were about 5-10 min away as well. Homeowners were very welcoming and so easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home. There's no question, we would both stay here again, 100%.
