Before renting, I made Pam aware my daughter would be traveling with me, she wldnt be working but wld be taking this time for herself. The pristine condition of the place is misrepresented in the pictures, it was cluttered and dirty. The simplest of things felt like a struggle. She snatched an item out of my dtrs hand, insulted her for not being familiar with area, insisted she get a job, but then askedfor help around the house, which my dtr did at first.Eg of her chtr, I had fallen at the hospital, I wasnt hurt, and it was my fault, Pam insisted I write an incident report stating the hospital was at fault. The real problem was a safety concern. Salem is heavily stricken with homelessness, I asked Pam repeatedly to lock the door when she left the house, bc my dtr was alone. She told my dtr, if I didnt like how she ran her house, I could leave, so we left the following morning. We left the place better than we found it. I did not sign a lease, Pam kept my deposit.

First travel contract I have ever done and was very nervous about staying with someone else but it was great separate living space just have to share the kitchen but Pam made me feel right at home she was such a nice lady great location 5 minutes from the hospital great neighborhood highly recommend staying here
A great experience in Everett, Washington
I had an amazing experience at Pams! She is beyond thoughtful and so helpful. All you need to bring is yourself and your clothes. Pam has everything else! Linen, paper towels, toilet paper etc. fully stocked kitchen utensils. Absolutely loved being here. I miss Pam and Everett already!
Cozy and close to the hospital
Pam's place has a lot of character, is cozy, and is located super close to the hospital! I had plenty of room for storage and she provided me with all of my necessities like towels, linens, kitchen cookware etc. Pam is very thoughtful and goes the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable in her home. I loved being so close to the hospital and it wasn't far from plenty of activities downtown either. There was also plenty of street parking available and the neighborhood was quiet.
