Horrible outcome

Very disappointed with the outcome of this stay. Moved out last month and landlord is accusing my husband and I of stealing from the house and causing so much damage that he refuses to give our safety deposit back of 800. When we first moved in there he spoke very rudely of the former tenants saying that they were sooo dirty and said they did their dishes in the toilet and I should have taken that as a sign. Now he claims that we will not be able to receive the safety deposit back because we stole stuff from his house and accusing us of urinating on the bed mattress as well as other things that were said very rudely over text. I would be able to show him exactly where all of the stuff he claims we stole are sitting in his house this very moment. If u plan on staying here be smart and document everything. From text messages to agreements to pictures of how it was when you first moved in.

Amazing Place!

We really loved our stay in this beautiful, cozy, unit! Would recommend to anyone. Very friendly people and in a wonderful neighborhood. If this unit is available, look no further! All 5 star reviews for a reason!

Inviting and Comfortable Property

I was lucky enough to stay and J and O property for 5 months during a travel contract and could not recommend this property more! J and O are incredibly kind and welcoming and were always available! The property itself is spacious, clean, and in nice residential area with nearby access to grocery stores, a Target, and gyms, as well as being close to major highways. I chose to extend my contract while renting here and was thankful the property was still available for those additional months.

Joseph and Ofelias cottage

Great place to stay, well furnished and hospitable. The owners J and O are very warm and welcoming. The place is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is nearby shopping malls and parks. I highly recommend this place!

Safe, Cozy and Private Rental

This was the perfect rental! Very private and quiet with all accommodations necessary. Very comfortable bed. Very safe culdesac home with private entry. J and O couldnt be nicer and kinder people who are available anytime but give you privacy. Very convenient to shopping and freeways. I was a travel RN with late hours and never felt unsafe going to and from my home away from home.

More than perfect

My wife and I were feeling that we are at our home, it is very clean, fully equipped and comfortable, Mr. J and Mrs. J surround us with a lot of kindness and love. i hope this apartment is available when we back again to California, as it is difficult to find nice place and people like that again.

cozy stay

This was the most coziest stay I have ever experienced as a travel nurse. I worked 4 night shifts a week. All I wanted was a clean, quiet, private place to get the rest I needed in order to work as hard as I was working. And thats exactly what I got staying here. I worked at Kaiser in Ontario. It took my about 10-15 mins to get to work. What I loved most about this place was the shower believe it or not! The shower was really hot and the pressure was super strong, which was nice after working long hours. The unit is private and the area is very safe. The owners were extremely kind and they always went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, while at the same time, maintaining my privacy. Thank you J and O for everything! Hopefully I will see you in Hawaii soon! :)

Home Away From Home

As a travel nurse this was by far the best housing experience Ive ever had. It played a big factor in my decision to extended my assignment which lasted a total of 6 months. The homeowners are very friendly and are accustomed to housing travel nurses. The area is safe and theres every kind of store or restaurant within a mile from the property. This unit is totally private and extremely comfortable! One of my favorite things about this unit was having my own parking spot in the driveway that is directly in front of a walkway to a private entrance. The on-ramp to I-15 is only a few minutes away. I worked at Kaiser Fontana which took me 15-20 minutes to get there. Kaiser Ontario is even closer. Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10!

Private, Safe, Bright, Modern. Great place to stay!

This is a good-sized granny suite with a private entrance, private bathroom and includes a living room and master sized bedroom. It is accessed via a keyless entry door (Joseph, the owner has to change the batteries on that lock 1x/month). It is a bright unit with no direct sunlight that overheats the unit. It has it's own A/C and heater separate from the house. This was very nice as the main house was kept at a much warmer temperature than I could tolerate. The bed is amazingly comfortable! Very clean and cutely decorated. Owners live in the home. Only Con: No Kitchen sink in the unit.

Wish I Could've Stayed Longer!

This is literally the nicest apartment I have ever rented! I stayed in the en suite on the ground floor and loved it. Even working night shift, the house was always quiet and I had no problems sleeping. Having my own parking space was an added bonus. The real gems of my stay, however, were Joseph and Ofelia. They are both so sweet and kind. If ever I had a question or needed assistance with anything they were more than accommodating. If I'm ever in Southern California again, I would be privileged to stay at this property!

Great Suite

I stayed in the downstairs suite with Joseph and Ofelia. The suite was very roomy, clean, and cozy. Joseph and Ofelia were very accommodating and checked on my needs frequently. I had total privacy and was never afraid to enter to the suite at any time of the day or night. The suite came with many amenities such as toaster, dishes, cutlery, microwave, tv, frig, and was fully furnished throughout the suite. Joseph and Ofelia were quick to respond to any of my needs. If you are ever looking to stay in the Inland Empire area don't hesitate to stay with Joseph and Ofelia.

perfect place

My son and I have been here with Joseph and Ofelia since April. They are the kindest and most generous host. The place is wonderful! Very quiet, beautiful and has all a person needs. The hosts give you access to the kitchen any time day or night for meal prepping and the use of the grill and the wonderful and beautiful back patio. We couldnt ask for a better place to stay. If ever in this area again as a travel nurse, I would definitely stay here again. You wont be disappointed by renting this suite.

Awesome 3 month stay!

This place is probably the best experience I've had so far with Furnished Finders. The owner, Joseph and his wife, Ofelia, were the most accommodating people I have ever met. The suite was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable to live in. I had no issues during my stay, and was always checked up on by Joseph to make sure everything was well. I would definitely recommend this listing.
