Brought me back to life

P and R are absolutely amazing! The house itself is the perfect place to recharge. With outdoor space, privacy and the comforts of home I could not have picked a better place to come back to life after the pandemic. New Orleans the city is absolutely beautiful and add the safety of this neighborhood and fun loving neighbors I was an oasis. I am so unbelievably grateful to have had the 6 months here and will be back to visit as soon as possible. Im so happy I got to experience this perfect cottage with the best hosts I ever couldve asked for!

Cozy Cottage was perfection!!

P and R and the best hosts! I felt completely at home and part of the family. The cottage is well stocked with all the comforts of home. My Maltese was welcome and she even had treats and dog bowls for him! Being a solo female traveler I felt safe here and even walked daily in the neighborhood with no issues. If I come back to NOLA I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing ! Home away from home

This cottage is a home away from home. P has provided all the essentials and many extras. Everything is here from a vegetable peeler to an air fryer. She goes over and beyond for her guest. She pays attention to small details to make your stay wonderful. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated. There is plenty of room if you have guest over, complete with nice sitting area outside. All of the neighbors are super nice. The neighborhood is safe and close to everything. P and her husband R are truly caring amazing people. They will be missed. The only complaint about the cottage is that I cant take it with me !! Would definitely stay here every time I came to New Orleans.

Great! would definitely stay again!

The cottage is super cozy and well furnished. I felt at home right away. There is a small yard, if you are traveling with a pet as well! The neighborhood is quiet and safe with lots of green space. I worked odd hours and came home late at night often. I always felt safe in the neighborhood. Paula and Roland were incredibly warm and welcoming and ensured I had everything I could possibly need or want. I would definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend staying here to anyone who needs a home away from home in NOLA.

Perfect cozy cottage

This property is a dream come true! The location is perfect, close enough to literally everything yet far enough out that you arent in the middle of New Orleans. Besides the location being ideal, the host is even more amazing! I felt so safe knowing Paula and her husband were close by and felt right at home. She is truly amazing and this is a great place for single females and also for anyone traveling with a fur baby!

Review of Dodge cottage

I traveled here after moving from Uptown during my contract extension with Ocshner. It is within a mile driving distance from Ocshner which made it convenient. Nothing is too far from this location, you can access the major areas (Uptown, Midcity, downtown within 20 min). The inside is cozy and warm. And the host, Paula, is an incredibly generous, kind, patient and welcoming person who made sure I had everything I need during my stay. I can not thank her enough for all she helped me with. As a single woman traveling, this neighborhood made me feel very safe and comfortable. I highly recommend.
