Mr. A was very nice and accommodating. He is very kind and really cares about people. The house was very quiet and comfortable. It had what i needed. Id stay here again if i have another opportunity in the future.

Absolutely wonderful

Perfect place for a traveler! P and his wife were so accommodating to me! I worked weekend overnights at ARMC in Colton. The house was very quiet and special notes were left for visitors to not ring the doorbell during the day. The room and bathroom were very spacious and cozy. The shared living space was never an issue. Any need that arose was instantly taken care of. The neighborhood is safe; I felt completely fine walking around at night by myself. I highly recommend staying here!

Neat & Comfy

I was in Riverside for a travel nurse contract at Riverside Community hospital in December 2818. It was a little tough to find a good place. I decided to find a place using Furnished Finder. Thats when I met Mr. Acosta. Very kind and welcoming. We talked over the phone and I went to see the guest room he has for rent. I saw it and loved it. Very private with own bathroom, TV with premium channels in the room and a nice size fridge. Mr. Acosta and his wife were friendly and accommodating. Very quiet place especially for those who work night shift like me. Need a great place? This is it :)
