BEAUTIFUL FURNISHED ONE BEDROOM IN QUIET SUBURBAN NEIGHBORHOOD (RIALTO, 92376)

What is right: the landlord is kind and the home and location are safe. You will feel welcomed and safe here. There is no central air or heat, broke earlier this year. There's a mini split in the rental bedroom but no AC/heat in the private bath. There is portable 16,000 BTU AC cooling 3 rooms but does not effectively reach the private bath & cool to 80-86 degrees. One must close the door to bath when using the facilities. There is a 4.5 cubic mini fridge, coffee maker & sm small microwave in the bedroom. Unfortunately the Landlord's wife had a health condition that prevents her from communicating and requires 24/7 supervision. She is very sweet and harmless yet she does wander some at night so be prepared for occasional bathroom mishaps that occur at times when the bathroom door is kept open. It is a safe place to stay and the bedroom is very good. Laundry washer and dryer are good too. Just know it will be very hot in all areas of the home that the portable does not cool.

Mr. A was very nice and accommodating. He is very kind and really cares about people. The house was very quiet and comfortable. It had what i needed. Id stay here again if i have another opportunity in the future.

Absolutely wonderful

Perfect place for a traveler! P and his wife were so accommodating to me! I worked weekend overnights at ARMC in Colton. The house was very quiet and special notes were left for visitors to not ring the doorbell during the day. The room and bathroom were very spacious and cozy. The shared living space was never an issue. Any need that arose was instantly taken care of. The neighborhood is safe; I felt completely fine walking around at night by myself. I highly recommend staying here!

Neat & Comfy

I was in Riverside for a travel nurse contract at Riverside Community hospital in December 2818. It was a little tough to find a good place. I decided to find a place using Furnished Finder. Thats when I met Mr. Acosta. Very kind and welcoming. We talked over the phone and I went to see the guest room he has for rent. I saw it and loved it. Very private with own bathroom, TV with premium channels in the room and a nice size fridge. Mr. Acosta and his wife were friendly and accommodating. Very quiet place especially for those who work night shift like me. Need a great place? This is it :)
