Perfect location and Great place in SE

I stayed at this property for a year and it was perfect. The location is so ideal. I was able to walk everywhere including grocery stores. There are a ton of really great restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc within blocks of this place. Also, Laurelhurst Park is within walking distance. It is a beautiful park and I spent quite a bit of time here reading or running. The actual property itself is pretty ideal as well, the space is quite large and although it is on the bottom level there is a ton of light which is amazing! The neighborhood is awesome - very quiet and everyone is super friendly!
