I like to think that the best part of our property is just the general homey feel we have created. We also have friendly neighbors, and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Other than that, our home is spacious enough for an additional person to be here, especially since we converted the garage to an additional "family room" area with couches, carpeting, 60" flatscreen, and more. Space
We have converted the garage into a really cool man-cave space with a big screen TV and comfy chairs and fun decor. Our backyard is filled with lots of plants and is a very usable space for having coffee in the morning under the covered patio. We also have a bbq that gets plenty of use. I built a playhouse for my daughter years ago which has now been taken over by my wife as her she-shed/art studio.
