Best Rental Experience

We were fortunate enough to call this property home while in Tallahassee. This house is cute and cozy with everything you could possibly need. Within walking distance to downtown and a few blocks from the main parade route this house was perfect for us. Our landlord was always available when needed and made us feel at home. I would definitely stay here if I ever find myself in Tallahassee again.

Great Host

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Betsy Henderson's studio apartment, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I booked, Betsy's communication was excellent. She promptly answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth check-in. The apartment itself was immaculate and accurately represented in the listing. It's clear that Betsy takes great pride in maintaining the space, making it feel both inviting and comfortable. The location couldn't be better, situated near schools, universities, and the capital, making it incredibly convenient for anyone needing easy access to these amenities. Whether you're a student or a professional, this studio is perfectly situated for both work and leisure. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again in the future. Central location, lots of space.

Great central location. Loved the wrap around front porch and back deck. Lots of space for entertaining. Enjoyed the farm/garden next door and behind property. The fig tree was awesome along with all the other flora and fauna. Wonderfully detailed and quaint home to stay in. My daughter and I will miss this property. Thanks B for great communication and accommodations.

Amazing stay

Had a phenomenal stay at this beautiful home with HUGE yard. Cant put into words how much space the home has compared to neighbors. Beautiful garden next door with fresh seasonal vegetables. The home is taken care of and has the perfect relaxing vibes already set. I came for work and was able to come home after each day and unwind without worry. Mrs. B was incredibly nice and always responsive. I 100% recommend this place if youre alone or a couple with a few little ones.

Cute Little House in Historic Part of Town

We stayed at this property when we first moved to Tallahassee. It is a cute little place with a beautiful deck, porch, and yard. Very conveniently located close to town. House is well stocked with everything you might need and is very adorably decorated. The owner is very nice and responsive.

renter beware

she is dishonest, the couch was broke when we got there, and she charged us our deposit and then had the audacity to to harass us with text messages and picture of a new couch she bought, Very unprofessional, everything in the place is old, it's not what the pictures look like.Stay as far away from this place as you can

Smoke and mirrors

Place does NOT look like pictures, there was half eaten food in freezer and refrigerator and we were told that it was obtained for us....freezer burn on the half eaten ice cream, box of half eaten cereal, old fruit with gnats, was unable to physically see property until after deposit and rent was paid, utilities are only included if under $150, but an actual bill is unobtainable have to go off of owners word, didn't have actual dates on contract then acted like we broke the contract and did not want to give just the deposit back...this is just the tip of the iceberg...I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL AGAIN...lesson learned....

Very Quaint Place

My husband and I stayed at this property and it was absolutely beautiful! The backyard is so spacious and the inside is pretty, homey, and adorable! Miss Betsy is a great host and takes care of whatever needs you have! The home comes with everything, all you have to do is move in! Very relaxing place!
