sweet home away from home
I wish I was a better writer. to do this place and stay justice. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. B and her daughter J are so kind and nice. The morning views and sunsets are amazing. All the different animals to be seen from the back porch over looking the canyon were so fun to see. the large windows through the house ensures you won't miss a thing. The bed was so comfortable and the place was super clean.. just perfect!! the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Landscape of Serenity
This property has a spectacular view of Salinas' hills. Watching the sunrise over the hills, listening to the variety of birds, observing wildlife up close, feeling embraced by nature--this was the perfect way to unwind from the stress of battling a pandemic. The unit itself was clean and tidy. There is a vintage/cozy-cabin feel to this house. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit offers a walk-in closet, fireplace, porch and deck. The neighbors up the hill are super friendly and I wish all neighbors were like them-they offer a sense of safety. The unit is also close to highway 68 which will take you to Monterey city or other attractions nearby. Miss Beverly the landlord was also a delight! She cares for her tenants with that element of human kindness which seems to be lost in this world. Overall, I recommend this location to those who seek an escape from a noisy city yet desire to remain close to civilization and friendly people.

Amazing place with majestic view
This unit has it all and you will feel right at home. The owner and her daughter are extremely friendly and helpful. You will feel like you are on a vacation surrounded by amazing views in every direction you look. wake up in the morning to drink your coffee on the porch while you listen to the birds and enjoy the cool breeze. I was extremely comfortable staying in this unit and I enjoyed everyday I was there.
