Amazing gem of a place!

I cannot say enough great things about this rental. First off the location is truly amazing, right on the canal and across the street from the beach. Sunset Beach is a cute town with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby and everything else you need right across the bridge. I commuted to work every morning in fountain valley about 15-20min. The place has everything you need: kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, pullout couch, and even paddle boards and kayaks to use on the property. You even have your own private balcony which was one of my favorite parts. There is a shared patio space downstairs with other tenants but I rarely saw the other guests. Mike was great, very communicative, and helped with anything I needed and even gave us a free surf lesson when we moved in. I truly didn't want to leave so if you have the chance to stay here I definitely recommend!
