Near everything!

Great 2 bedroom apartment only 15 minutes from Mission Hospital. Town is small and doesnt have much but black Mountain and Asheville are super close. Ingles just 3 mins away. It could definitely use some cosmetic upgrades but it is very clean and comfortable. The only downside is you can hear both the neighbors in the next apartment and the basement.

Travel Nurse

This place was a great home away from home during my travel assignment at Mission Hospital. It is close enough to downtown Asheville to get to anything you want to do in the city, and far enough away to have a small town vibe. Black Mountain is also right down the road which is a place I spent a lot of my time, and grew to enjoy! The hospital was a short 15min commute, and I was a short 10min from the Blue Ridge Parkway with all the hiking and outdoors one would need. All in all the landlord was awesome, and it was a great place for my needs. I will say that if you like sitting around the house this place may not be for you as there is no couch or recliner to lounge around on all day, but it was great thing to encourage me to get out and explore! 10/10 would stay again.

Great Location and host!

I stayed here while working remotely with my pup. The design may not be super updated, but everything was very comfortable and worked perfectly with great storage. Actually the microwave sparked one day and a few hours later a new one was on the doorstep with the host to install it on the shelf! This is very close (5 min) to an entrance for the Blue Ridge Parkway so we did sunset drives and hikes every night. It is very close to a grocery store and the town of Black Mountain is about 10 minutes away by car and is one of Oprah's favorite towns in the US - very picturesque and cute, great patios, shops and breweries. Downtown Asheville is 15 minutes driving the other way and it's fantastic! Highly recommend this - so budget friendly and conveniently located! I'd love to go back!!
