Great property

This house is in a very walkable part of Savannah, close to parks, clean streets, and friendly neighbors. Thaw house was perfect for a long duration stay. Had all the amenities I needed there. The landlord Juanita, is very responsive and helpful with any questions you may have about the property. Great place to stay. Highly recommend

Great place

This home was great. The location is great, I walked to downtown or forysth park (and kroger on gwinnett) almost every day. The kitchen has all supplies needed to cook anything if you have the ingredients. Communicating with Juanita was great as well, everything was super easy.

Excellent host and home

Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Savannah. I relocated to the city for work and needed somewhere furnished while I got settled. Jaunita was incredibly responsive, personable, and accommodating. She really saved me when I couldnt find anywhere else available at the time. The home was quite cozy and had everything one could need. The location was convenient and safe. Plenty of street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Check it out.

Fantastic Home Away From Home

Js home is cozy, inviting and near all the fun aspects of Savannah! She is super responsive with anything you may need, and very flexible. Would highly recommend her home to anyone looking to live in Savannah!

Rental for traveling Healthcare workers

I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Savannah. I am a radiation therapy student traveling to clinical sites. I stayed here for 6 weeks and commuted to Lewis Cancer Center which was only a 10 minutes drive. I could not be more pleased with the convenience to grocery stores, parks, and restaurants. J has done an excellent job providing you with everything that you need during your stay. Highly recommend to all travel healthcare professionals!

Great Stay in Pleasant Neighborhood!

This was a great stay! The location on Harmon close enough to downtown Savannah (where my production office is located), but far enough away from any hustle and bustle to minimize any noise from traffic or tourists. Pleasant location ideal for relaxing after work. The homeowner is very friendly and accommodating, and the spacious apartment quite comfortable. Everything I could have needed was readily available!

Great location! Great Host!

This is a great location for anyone looking for a place to stay in Savannah! Close to all the fun of downtown and not far from any medical facilities. The neighborhood is safe and the accommodations were phenomenal. J is a great host and she is very responsive if you need any assistance. I enjoyed my time in Savannah. Thank you!

Comfortable stay

We had a comfortable stay at this place, it was our home for 3 months. Well equipped it had everything we could wish for! J was a welcoming lady who was very accomodating. We got to rent two or her new bicycles for our stay which we used to bike around Savannah. She also provided us with a fire stick which is easy to install with your amazon account and you can watch netflix etc. Also lended us tennis rackets so we could play tennis for free at the Forsyth park courts. PARC center which is a 10 min bike ride provides a free well equipped fitness center when you sign up (for free!). Close to Tybee beach (25min by car) and the house had beach chairs an umbrella and towels that we could use for these trips. The road in front of the house can be a bit loud (cars drive pretty fast) but we got used to it. Neigbours were friendly!

Nice spot to stay

This place is close to the grocery store and walking distance to nearby parks. Downtown is 5 minutes away. Freeway is 2 minutes. I stayed here close to 6 months on a travel assignment and never had any problems whatsoever and Juanita is great! She will answer your calls and address any issues if you have them. You get a stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, bed, tv, wifi and some accent furniture. I'd highly recommend renting from Juanita if you are looking for a place that is got everything you need without paying the steep prices of short term renting in Savannah.

Absolute Gem

I had the opportunity to stay at this property. It exceeded my expectations! Mrs Juanita was a pleasure to rent from and very accommodating. You, truly, need to bring clothing, personal items and food. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Great Experience!

I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Savannah. I am a travel nurse and stayed here for my 13 week assignment and could not be more pleased. Jaunita is awesome and has done an excellent job providing you with everything that you need during your stay. The location was convenient and safe, it took me all of ten minutes to get to work at the Memorial Health Medical Center. Highly recommend to all travel nurses / professionals!
