Bad Experience

My stay was highly disappointing due to significant privacy issues and poor management. Most concerningly, my room camera recorded entering of my private bedroom multiple times without notice or consent. This, combined with the landlords visiting the common areas 3–4 times weekly, created an environment where I felt constantly monitored and lacked basic tenant privacy. The property had many physical defects: I found dead roaches under the bed upon move-in, and several dresser drawers were broken. While the lease promised a "private study area," the landlords later disputed my use of the space; notably, this area is now removed from their listing. Communication was difficult, and I was frequently criticized for how I organized my private room, which felt intrusive. The kitchen was disorganized, and I was forced to use a distant refrigerator. While the pool and new fencing are beautiful, the lack of boundaries and respect for tenant rights made the stay untenable. 1/5.

Great two month stay. Carolyn was most gracious and helpful in every need and quick to respond. Deer and and peacocks abound in this garden setting. CAROLYN even blessed us with homemade apple pie for Thanksgiving. This place is a jewel , almost didn't want to write a review I waned to keep it a secret . Ted Bedford , Woodland ca.

Gorgeous Home within Walking Distance to Methodist Hospital

This home is stunning and located conveniently next to medical center. It is a very safe and friendly neighborhood and I felt comfortable walking to and from the hospital each day. The landlord is easy to work with and the renting process is super easy. I had no issues with anything while staying in their property and they made the stay so easy! You'd be hard pressed to think of anything this house doesn't have. It is fully stocked with everything you could need, has a beautiful pool in the backyard, and close to all of San Antonio's major attractions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in San Antonio.

I had a wonderful 3 month stay in San Antonio at this home! Landlords are so friendly and respond promptly with any issues or questions. Will definitely stay again my next trip!
