All good!

I enjoyed my stay. The house is well kept and clean, and the kitchen is spacious. You have all the amenities you'd want, e.g. air conditioning, a good desk (I appreciated this since i often worked from home), washer/dryer, private bathroom, a shower that gets hot instantly, etc. The house is like 2 minutes from transit which is great. The owners are friendly but not nosy. The neighborhood is pleasant and very complete; you're within a 10 minute walk of restaurants, grocery stores, a gym, a library. It's an excellent place to stay

I loved my stay, October 24-April 25

Being my first stay with furnished finder I was nervous about renting a room, but my mind was put as ease from the beginning with this rental. The room itself was cozy and had a nice and clean bathroom (being on its own floor offered nice privacy). Another bonus was the A/C and heater split just for my room. The kitchen was well equipped and space allocated just for me. Street parking around the property is plentiful. Rolf and Geri are great to live with. They give you space to do your own thing, but equally are friendly and hospitable. I stayed 2 contract periods with them and would suggest their place. It's a great location in Greenwood, walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, and bars/pubs.

Lovely stay

I stayed in the lower level room at Rolf and Geri's townhome back when I used to be a travel nurse, and I highly recommend this for anyone who's doing a contract in Seattle. The neighborhood is super safe and walkable, if you're working at UW, I used to be able to take the bus right across the street straight to work which was so convenient. The room itself is nice and private, it's always a plus to have your own bathroom. The house is quiet, kitchen and living space is so nice and spacious, I never had any problem storing my food and cooking! *My move in and out date here isn't correct, the year was 2019 instead of 2024, but in order for me to submit a review, I had to select move in/out dates*

Garden Suite

Rolf and Geri are wonderful hosts ! They were accommodating to my work schedule (night shift RN) and offered blackout curtains to aid for sleeping through the day (the current blinds worked perfectly). The Garden Suite is situated on the first floor making for easy access to the room. Youll have all your basics supplied : bed , desk, dresser, starter toiletries and a tv . Note : if you have a vehicle , parking is about a block away from the premises . I would stay here again !

Great space and great people

Hi, I love Rolf and Geri - they have been great hosts for me. I will continue to consider staying with them when I work in Seattle in the future. Please note the parking can be a little far away, but tbh it's similar to many other spots in town. The kitchen is great, as well as the roof for watching sunsets! Please note: my dates listed for staying with them is not correct - I have stayed with them many times, but I cant list the dates for some reason. June, 2020 - August 31, 2020 March 2021 - May 31, 2021 August 15 - April 2, 2023

Had a really good experience

I stayed in one of the apartment bedrooms for around 3 months and I had a really good experience. Rolf and Geri are an amazing host and extremely helpful. The apartment had all the necessities including the kitchen amenities. Moreover, the surrounding area (greenwood) has some really nice restaurants and cafe to spend time over the weekend. I highly recommend staying in this property.
