Cozy Walk To The Beach

Loved my stay!

I was really lucky to have found such a perfect place to stay for my travel nurse contract in Santa Maria! The listing description and photos are accurate and just as described. Karen was very easy to work with and was never more than a text away if needed. There were a couple unexpected maintenance issues that happened during my 10 month stay and both Karen and Art made sure to resolve the issues immediately with as little inconvenience to me as possible. The location is an easy commute to several hospitals including French, Marian, and Arroyo Grande. My commute to work at Marian was never more than 25 minutes. The best part is the beach is only a 1/2 mile walk from the front door to when your feet touch water. I always felt safe walking my dogs (thank you for being pet-friendly!) even at night. I ended up extending my travel contract twice not only because Marian was a great hospital to work, but also because I had a relaxing place to come home to.

Cozy Cottage Review

The place is exactly how it is described on the web page - COZY. It is close to shopping and dining establishments and cute coffee shops are also nearby (personal favorites include The Spoon Trade, Grover Beach Sourdough, and Red Bee). The place is private and quiet and having parking on-site was also really nice. Karen can be reached via phone and is quick to respond.
