Perfection in the Woods

This apartment was perfect for my needs. It's tucked away up a hill in the woods, but just a short walk into town. It's very quiet and peaceful, exactly what I needed in order to sleep during the day between strenuous night shifts at the hospital. L is a very responsive and responsible landlord, any problems or questions were addressed promptly. I highly recommend staying at any of her properties, and would do so myself again in a heartbeat, should I come back to NH in the future.

I stayed as a traveling scrub tech working in New London. L is wonderful! The place itself is accommodated with everything you need. It's in the perfect location, close to Dewey Beach, the smokehouse and the Anchorage. If you need anything, L. is on it. She was always checking in and making sure my stay was accommodating. She takes great care of her renters. Sunapee is a beautiful area, this place is in the heart of it all. Plus, don't mind the local chickens and groundhogs that will occasionally stop by and say hello!

Absolutely Amazing

Laura, the owner, is absolutely fantastic. The apartment was in wonderful condition when I arrived and if I ever come back to the area, this is the first place I will be checking! Also, the long-term tenants are very kind. Sunapee is a great town with plenty of places to explore nearby. Thank you Laura, for everything!
