This is the only property we own and was used by our son when he attended University of Virginia Medical School. You will have a room with en suite bathroom and for the majority of time the use of the entire house. My wife and I live 2 hours away and may come once a month or so for a weekend. You would be notified well ahead if we intend to come to Charlottesville.
