Unit 205

Spent the winter of '26 in unit 205 at the Kendall for work. The unit was well-stocked, clean, and had everything I needed to feel like home. The building is in easy walking distance to multiple grocery stores, multiple restaurants, and the Katy Trail. The neighborhood was quiet and off road parking in that neighborhood was awesome. Omeed and Kelly were great to work with and any building concerns were addressed in a timely manner. They are professional landlords unlike many amateurs on this site. If I end up in Dallas again I would absolutely stay in The Kendall again. My only complaint: my 6'3" frame struggled to fit on the couch.

Great place to stay

I absolutely loved my stay at the K! Location was great and was in walking distance from the Katy Trail! I felt very safe in the are and enjoyed all the walking distance restaurants close by. Felt right at home here!

Amazing neighbourhood with Quiet neighbours

This property is located in Turtle Creek and close to Highland Park. The neighbourhood is walkable and friendly. You have walking access to gyms, groceries, walking trails, coffee shops and restaurants. The management is quite responsive and friendly. The other tenants are quiet with the odd dog barking here and there. There were no structural damages to the space when I arrived and it was exactly as photographed. My only constructive criticism would be to have a thorough clean prior to new tenant arrival. On arrival there were some areas visibly dirty; however, nothing terribly unsanitary. When maintenance was dispatched to the units, plenty of heads up was given and when I did encounter them, they were kind and friendly. I found the area safe, with lots to do. Definitely recommend it, and shoutout to R for being very kind!

Charged $1,600 at move out

Nice location in the heart of the gay neighborhood of Dallas. Units are significantly smaller than they look. Dont bring much. Outdoor seating area is right next to dumpster and very outdated and pretty dirty. Rent went up $50 when I had to extend my lease, and another $50 if I was going to again. And despite leaving the place much cleaner than it was when I moved in, they kept my security deposit and sent me an invoice for $1,100 (zero damage to the unit whatsoever). Property manager has been ignoring my messages since I asked about it.

very responsive to emails/texts, very good communication, easy transactions. apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Very close to UTSW-about 10 minutes. Lots of good restaurants/grocery close by.

Great centrally located property! Very safe area. Landlord was great and quick to respond! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place and very fur baby friendly!

I actually stayed in apt 102 right next door, this one was unavailable. Jessica and Nancy are amazing to work with. They decorated apt 102 just so I could have an amazing place to stay. These ladies are super responsive, so nice and friendly to work with. Looking forward to staying with them in the future. They had treats waiting for me and my pups on arrival. They made it feel like a home away from home. Apartment is exactly as described if not better!
