Nice place to stay

Dalia was an amazing host. I stayed here for 6 months for a travel nursing contract. She was helpful and was always there to help with anything I needed. I would stay here again if I return back to Glendale. If you are a traveling professional lookinf for a decent place to stay in Glendale, this would be it. Thank you Dalia!

Warm, welcoming stay near multiple hospitals highly recommended When I moved to California, I didnt know anyone and was nervous about everythingfrom parking to rent. Then I met Dalia, her husband Guillermo, and their lovely granddaughter. Theyre amazing people who made me feel like I was staying with familyso welcoming and kind. I originally rented for two months and ended up staying a full year! The location is super convenient for rotations: Glendale Memorial, Hollywood Presbyterian, Good Samaritan,LADMC and Mission Community are all within easy reach, and its only about 7 minutes to the Glendale Central Library. Fellow medical students and healthcare professionals: you wont regret staying here. I can't wait till come back to California. Thank you, Dalia, for everythingincluding letting me use the kitchen even when I came home late.

My first time in Cali

I had a really wonderful time staying here. From the very beginning, it felt welcoming like being at home and part of a family. Dalia, the landlord, is honestly the nicest lady Ive met in California during my time here. She and her family went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The property itself is serene, cozy, and very well taken care of. It was a truly great experience, and Im very grateful for the time I spent here.

Summer stay

Dahlia and her family were very welcoming during my stay. Her husband helped me with mechanic referral when my car needed work. I enjoyed my stay there and Dahlia even invited me to share a couple meals with them Great family! Very safe location and wasn't a bad drive at all to work. Thank you for sharing your home with me

Felt like home

I stayed during my studies at CSULA at this property. The homeowners and the entire family made me feel at home. The property is located in a very safe area with excellent infrastructure nearby. The Americana at Brand shopping mall is just away a short drive. I really loved that D, W and the entire family cared about me. They gave me tips about sightseeing in California, daily needs and even took me on trips such as to Mexico during a weekend. I stayed around 9 months there during my first stay and returned several times. Last time, I brought my Grandma from Germany with me and she also liked to stay at this place. The property also has a pool and the view is impressive. It is clean and cozy. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Great Place

I enjoyed my 3 month stay living with D and her husband. They make sure you are comfortable and will address any concerns you may have. I didnt have any issues, felt safe and D and her husband were very nice welcoming people. I would stay with them again in a heartbeat!

Home away from home

Dalia and her husband welcomed me to their property with warm smiles and open arms. The rich, live gardening all around the property allows you to become one with nature and the old-fashioned, Mexican theme makes you feel safe, comfortable and at home. With regard to the old-fashioned theme, some of the appliances and networking could use upgrading, but overall, it is a great place. I will certainly be staying at this property again.

Its a scam

This is a scam! No heat provided until night temperature got down to 41 degrees and rainy. Absolutely not serene. Nuisance of a dog (strictly outside dog) roams property and has his nose in everything and gets fur all over you-and rain, if hes wet. Decorated very tacky. Patio not private. Shared with 4 other renters and Dalias family. Property is right against extremely noisy highway. Owners do not allow anyone to stay overnight and are extremely nosy- tracking your every move.
