Nice place to stay at

This property is a wonderful place to stay at! Fernando and his wife are the sweetest people. They are very accommodating and responsive! I definitely recommend this place to stay at!

Comfortable and Quiet

My spouse, puppy, and I stayed in Fernando's place while my spouse finished up his last semester of law school. Fernando's house is in a prime location, so close to Stonefield but in a nice little neighborhood with super friendly neighbors. The place itself is small but comfortable and had everything we needed. Fernando is really accommodating and kind and was always sure we had everything we needed. And so nice that it is pet friendly!

Everything you neee

Let me start by saying how amazing the host were. They welcomed me and my pup with open arms from the day I moved in. They never hesitated to ask if I needed help with anything and were very attentive. They were great and even recommended stores/sites to see. The apartment is perfect for a traveling nurse. The closet space in the bedroom is amazing and the full kitchen had everything I needed. The backyard was recently renovated, so my pup enjoyed plenty of playtime there. The location is close to so many stores and UVA hospital. I would not hesitate to live here again!

Property is very clean and hosts are very attentive. Anything you they do it without hesitation. Would definitely come back to this property I were to come back to UVA.
