So gorgeous and historic you will not be disappointed. Safe and charming neighborhood with coffee shops and boutiques around. My room was gorgeous and spacious and has everything you need. I highly recommend.

Perfect space for travelers

This is the most charming beautiful house in an historic neighborhood. I loved my stay here. I rented the front room and its as beautiful as the pictures show. Super safe area. Short walk to main street with little coffee shops and restaurants. Stephanie was an amazing landlord. Communication was so easy and smooth with her. I definitely recommend staying in any of her properties in Connecticut.

Great housing

I had an amazing stay at this quant, cozy home! Great location, cute shops and yummy restaurants all around, safe neighborhood, friendly landlady, and an overall perfect place to stay. You will not regret staying here, look no further for housing in the Hartford area!

Beautiful location

I really loved living in this house! The location is gorgeous, in an old historic New England town with some serious charm. It had everything I needed during my contract in CT. I would highly recommend staying here.

Phenomenal Experience

If you're considering booking this property for a stay, I'm here to tell you that you absolutely should! I'm so grateful to have found this property for my 3 months clinical rotation in the area. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and safe. The property is very well kept and was immaculate when I arrived for my stay. S, the owner who lives on the first floor of the property, was very welcoming and delightful to speak with whenever our paths crossed outside. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely stay here and I encourage everyone to do the same. You will not regret it.

Charming place to call home

The only drawback to this place is that it makes the housing for your next assignment look unappealing. It was clean, safe, convenient and located just a short walk away from historic Wethersfieldshops, restaurants, etc. And your landlord is super organized and professional. This would absolutely be my first choice should I need to be in the Hartford area again.

Charming Rental

Perfect room with necessary amenities in a quaint area. Neighborhood is cute and safe, evening walks were very enjoyable. Landlord is the most amazing woman and her two dogs are so cute and well behaved. Plenty to do in the area and would rent again should my travels ever bring me back to Hartford.

Great private space

I really enjoyed staying at Stephanies property for my 2 month assignment. The room and bathroom were as pictured, clean, and spacious. The street was quiet and black out curtains made it great for night shifts. Stephanie was easy to contact and available for questions. I enjoyed the proximity to the town center for lunch/dinner and the weekly farmers market. I would return if I took another assignment in the area!

Home away from home for travel RN

This historic home is cozy, well maintained, and comfortable for traveling professionals. Stephanie is an easy to work with and helpful landlord! The property is in a beautiful, quiet sidewalked neighborhood with shops and restaurants within a few blocks walking distance. The rear room has a comfy bed, convenient desk, spacious bathroom, and private den for lounging. Would recommend to anyone!

2nd Home

As soon as I walked into this room, I instantly felt comfortable and as if I was at home. Even though its just a room, it was still super spacious and just enough for me and my belongings. Everything that I needed as far as bathing need, cooking utensils and bedding were all provided for me. Also compared to my pass apartments I have lived in ,Stephine was the best host/ leaser that I have came in contact with. Whatever needed attention and I expressed it to her and she got on the job right away. If I could give 20 stars I would!

excellent propert;y

I loved staying here. The rooms are quiet and the windows shaded by huge leafy trees. The bathroom is clean with the washer and dryer right there and the kitchen has all the essentials. The street is lined with trees and elegant houses making for great strolls. The Old downtown is 2 blocks away with a great cafe, an upscale restaurant, and all kinds of small stores. 2 blocks in the other direction is a main drag with all the gas stations, chain stores, etc. Stephanie, the landlady and her property manager are very responsive to any questions or concerns
