Loved it!!

I stayed at the upstairs apartment for 13 weeks and loved every second. The apartment is located in the Tower Grove East neighborhood walking distance to South Grand (about 3 minutes) which is packed with restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment is also walking distance from the massive Tower Grove Park (about 5-8 minutes). They have a farmers market every Saturday and is also just beautiful to walk and sit in. On top of this, Cathleen was also great to rent from as she was always responsive, and kept us updated on anything we needed to know (mowing, basement updates, outdoor brickwork updates, etc.). I would definitely come back and stay here if I came back to St. Louis!

This apartment was very nice, clean and cozy. I stayed there for three months during my assignment in Saint Louis and I absolutely loved it. In addition Cathleen was a great host and got back to me right away when I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in the Saint Louis area!

Amazing Rental!!!!!

I came to St Louis for a 13 week contract and stayed a year. A large part of it was the comfortability of this property and the Tower Grove neighborhood. The space is stylish and well decorated. It really gives you a sense of STL living. Theres a full backyard. There was always parking out front. Cathleen was fantastic to rent from. Everything I needed was already provided. The neighborhood was walkable and safe. It was a block away from SO many great restaurants and Tower Grove Park; which is beautiful. I would rent this space again in a heartbeat during my next STL contract.
