Lovely townhome

Couldn't have been nicer, perfect location middle of town, trails right outside the door. Nice patio with table chairs and gas grill for beautiful Flagstaff weather. Ample parking when needed. Kitchen well appointed, appreciate all the needed accessories can really tell the owner lives here part of the time so have everything needed for cooking. Best of all the owners were very communicative and available. Would recommend this for any length of stay and time of year.

Excellent Location

Amazing location conveniently located close to grocery store, downtown and Snowbowl. Property is well maintained and cozy situated on an end unit in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking spaces and residential roads are well maintained during winter months. Home owner is super easy to work with and provides a fully stocked kitchen along with everything else needed when away from home. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent location and Place

We stayed here from January 2022 - May 2022. The location is excellent, very walkable to the AZ Trail and and other walkways. The area is very quiet and peaceful even though its within townhouses, never had any noise issues. The owner was excellent with communication and quick to respond whenever we asked any questions. Flagstaff is a great spot, with this area in particular being one of our favorite places in the entire town. The rental is perfect, all the furniture was in good shape, had a nice private back patio, and everything was very clean.

Perfect place to stay in Flagstaff!

I worked as a travel RN in Flagstaff and rented this property for 4 months. The owners are great! The townhouse is in a perfect location - FMC is only 5 mins away. It is central to anywhere in Flagstaff, there's a park nearby, and the Flagstaff Urban Trail system makes for great walks. It was wonderful to have a garage during the winter. The place was cute and clean. There was enough room for myself, my baby, and my parents to stay. The fireplace was cozy during the cold and the outdoor space was lovely during warm weather. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would love to stay here again!

The Lovely Townhouse is indeed lovely! Fantastic property! Very comfortable, quiet, clean, and private in a wonderful neighborhood and great central location. The owner, Piot, provides a wonderful customer experience and supportive care. I can't wait to return to spend another summer in Flagstaff.
