Great beach cottage

This property is in an awesome location! The parking is an added bonus. It comes fully stocked with towels, linens, kitchen necessities and every thing you need! Steps to the bay and beach! Lots of storage area definitely recommend staying here!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This home was literally perfect for my roommate and I during our Travel Nursing adventures at UCSD Hillcrest and La Jolla! Driving was perfect between both! Just blocks away from the beach and bay! Laundry assigned days among the 3 units on the property made it such a blessing! It was quiet during the days and made it so easy to prepare for my night shifts. It literally had everything we needed to feel at home! Communication was always there and our needs or questions were met promptly! When I travel back to San Diego, I hope this home is available again because hands down wouldnt stay anywhere else.

The Best Adorable Beach Cottage

This is the third year weve rented this place from Kelly Ann, and it just keeps getting better!! We were treated to a new 50 TV, new book shelving, new chairs, new lamp and a darling outdoor accent table. Kelly Ann takes great pride in her properties, and she is always great go work with. This location cant be beat, so close to the ocean and the bay, plus all the amenities PB offers.... and, almost forgot, the cottage is immaculate! We especially love that it boasts a wonderful private front yard.... and an adorable backyard for morning coffee! We love it here!!
