Amazing Stay

The location is literally perfect. Quiet neighborhood, 20min from downtown PHX, close to grocery stores & entertainment. The house is clean & well kept, bed is extremely comfortable with spacious closet. To top it off, Barrett is an amazing landlord. Any issues that happened with appliances was handled immediately. I wish I could've stayed longer but will recommend this spot to other travelers.

Felt like Home

Absolutely loved staying here. Nice location, quiet neighborhood, great roommates, and genuinely felt like a 2nd home away from home. Landlord is also very easy going, solid communication, and stays on top of any home maintenance that's required.

Amazing landlord, beautiful and quiet home

B has been so friendly and replies quickly to his messages. His home and this room are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. He even installed black out curtains just for me. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is next to a retirement community. The Arizona summer is no issue as his A'/C works very well. He has been so accommodating to every need.

Awesome experience

This is the place you want to stay for any rental needs and I was surprised how well it is as a move-in ready rental. Large shared space as the pictures shown. Awesome location, owner (easily reachable) and roommates. I felt live in a home away from home during my stay. B is also very responsive to any reasonable request. I stayed here for a temporary school commitment that I commute 15 minutes to and the highway traffic is rarely congested like other areas in the greater Phoenix.

Very beautiful house, very clean, beautifully decorated, had everything you need and close to the hospital I was working at. Check in process was very easy. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again, if I get a contract in the area.

Arizona home

I can honestly say this was a very nice home, everything was provided from dishes to tissue and I really enjoyed meeting the new nurses I shared my living space with they made the experience even better.

Home Away From Home

The house is a beautiful home~ comfortable and clean. A great location within a nice neighborhood. I definitely plan to keep this house on my favorite list and hope to rent here again one day!! A wonderful home for a travelers home away from home.

Cozy, quiet and beautiful home

Im glad I found this property. I rented room C. The house is very well maintained. There are two different living rooms with big TVs, a hot tub at the backyard, and plenty of kitchen cabinet available. The owner is so accommodating and quick to respond even though he doesnt reside in the house. The property is only 10 minutes drive from Banner Boswell. I will definitely rent this property if I ever come back to the area. I highly recommend this property for my fellow travelers.

Gray Bedroom

This was my first time using furnished finder for a room. The house is BEAUTIFUL! I rented out the gray bedroom, there was a queen size bed and desk in the room. Very close to banner boswell. B (the owner) is very communicative and responds fast. I would recommend this place!

Amazing stay!

Excellent experience staying here for my clinical rotations. Beautiful, spacious, clean home. I stayed in the gray room- bed was comfortable, plenty of closet space, and there was even a desk and chair in the room. Kitchen is very nice and open with lots of space and everything you need. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to use the hot tub but heard from friends who had previously stayed there that it was amazing. Location was an easy commute to my rotation site. Grocery store conveniently located just a few minutes away, as well as a great winery :) Check-in/out was very smooth. The owner, B, is very nice, professional, efficient, accommodating and communicative- a pleasure to work with! Would highly recommend and stay here again if I am ever in back in town. Home away from home!

Had such a great experience staying here! The home is beautiful and has everything we needed, great location for my job. Barrett was a fantastic landlord- quick responses, reasonable, and accommodating. We stayed in the master room, which was plenty of room for me and my spouse. The kitchen and living spaces were spacious and easy to share with roommates. Would absolutely return! Thank you!!

Great location, size, and homey feel! :)

This place was perfect and such a great and unexpected find for my travel nursing contract! I was so close to my hospital so hardly any commute. I rented one of the spare bedrooms which was big enough for my things as well as some extra space to do a couple workouts in the beginning until I moved to doing them in the second living room. I loved the shared spaces; roommates used the lower level while I used the upper. The kitchen is big, lots of storage for food and kitchenware, garage is big. Barrett was more than accommodating with the price and anything I needed or had questions about!
