Comfortable and Safe Housing
This is a charming home that had everything I needed for multiple contract extensions in Boston. The house was quiet and spacious. The owner is great with communication. The neighborhood is very safe. I am a single female and I walked to and from the train station without any problems. I would also go on runs throughout the neighborhood and surrounding area frequently. The neighborhood is lovely. Located very close to public transit and easy to get into Boston. If I had to stay in Boston again this would be my first choice.

This house was perfect for me and my friend. This unit is the upstairs unit. I worked at CHA Everett and it was a easy commute; about 12 min. The house itself was very good. The landlady was fantastic, easy to contact and quick at making fixes if needed. The house is about a 10 min walk to the train station. It was fully stocked with lines, towels, and kitchen supplies needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice quite place to live. The in unit washer and dryer was very nice. There is plenty of street parking and there was always a place close to the house.
