Peaceful stay

Staying here felt like a country side getaway. But everything you need is a 10 minute drive. Frances made sure I was always comfortable. In the winter season she always made sure the sidewalks and roads were cleared to get to work. Communication was very consistent. Her dog is friendly. She's an amazing artist as well. Will definitely miss living here for sure.

Peaceful and quiet location

Francis is an incredible host with excellent taste for decoration. Super available and easy to talk to. Great experience. The apartment is nice, beautiful, quiet and it had everything I needed during my short stay there. It is definitely perfect for travel nurses who work night shifts. Thanks again for everything!!

3 month stay

An unforgettable stay! I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment for three months, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered all the comforts I needed to make my extended stay a true retreat. The amenities were everything I needed, and the location was ideal, making it easy to explore the beautiful downtown while having a peaceful and cozy sanctuary to return to. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of style and functionality, with comfortable furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. Whether I was working remotely or enjoying some downtime, this place had it all. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're considering booking this spot, do it!

Perfect in every way!

Awesome place to stay for the summer. Plenty of cooking appliances provided, very VERY clean, private laundry is a plus, spacious, and great location! Fran is awesome and extremely responsive to any issues. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Awesome Chesapeake City experience

This apartment is truly one of the best accommodations for travel nurses in the the Delaware/North Maryland area. It is quiet, secluded, and offers peace and tranquility after a long hard days. I wish I had been able to spend more time enjoying the property and areas surrounding, but work and home life has a way of keeping me extremely busy. F is a great host! She is a very kind and friendly person, her personality makes the experience that much better. She has always been accommodating, responsive, and understanding. I have now stayed at this location for the better part of 6th months and while Im sad to let it go, I am happy that some other traveler may get to enjoy this great experience.

Chesapeak City Review

I had a great stay at F's property. The basement apartment was very clean and updated. Though it did not have a full kitchen, she provided many kitchen appliances that were plenty to cook with. She was very helpful and kind throughout my stay and was always there to make sure that I had everything I needed! There was plenty of privacy during my stay and F was always very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property!

Idyllic Location, Beautiful Apartment, Wonderful Host

Fran is a phenomenal host. She is communicative, friendly, and easily accessible. Her attention to detail is excellent. In the incredibly spacious and well appointed apartment, there is literally everything you need for an extended stay. From private W&D to full size refrigerator ,TV, office space, and all necessary culinary utensils, this place goes above and beyond in furnishings and quality. On top of that, the property is absolutely gorgeous. 22 acres with hiking trails, gardens, and proximity to the C&D Canal with its restaurants and entertainment. I will surely return for a weekend! A+

Absolutely perfect!

The most magnificent place to stay! Fran is so great and the property is beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and tranquil!! Walking trails on property and so close to many great places! The apartment is great and very spacious! The drive to Dover, Delaware and the Delaware beaches are smooth, not too much traffic and a straight shot down the interstate! If you have the opportunity to stay here, you should. My stay was so enjoyable and went by way too fast! Believe me, you'll love this place!!

Peaceful, Quiet Home

Private, clean basement apartment with plenty of room, including large living area with dining table, bedroom with kitchenette, and access to laundry. Home is on a large, beautiful wooded lot with a long driveway that winds through the woods. The peaceful surroundings and the quiet apartment make this a great retreat or longer term living option. F was a gracious host during my 7 weeks between homes.
