Highly recommend this rental!

This was an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend this to any travel nurse in the area. I travel with my boyfriend and 2 dogs. There was a decent sized yard next door to the garage that we were able to use to let the dogs run around and go to the bathroom in. There was also a great park nearby (easy walk from the apartment) along the Mint Museum trail that we would often run the dogs or go for a 3 mile walk. T was super understanding, responsive to issues, and helpful during our stay. His family is super sweet as well. They live next door but keep to themselves, so it feels super private which we loved. Additionally, it is a super short 5 minute drive to Novant Presbyterian, which is where I worked. Loved that accessibility, as well as being a short drive to Noda, Plaza Midwood, or South End, or even Uptown, all of which were great areas to hang out and get delicious food. The apartment was new and very clean, with a large amount of storage space in the closet. Thanks T!

Amazing find in Uptown (downtown)

Wow! Dont even question this, just do it! The property is in a neighborhood that is just across the street from an awesome greenway with a creek that flows through it and acres of open space and greenery all around, complete with a concrete jogging trail. Its located only a few minutes from the medical plaza, and the opposite direction a small strip center with a Publix and Harris Teeter for groceries. The condo is separate from the home, separated garage turned condo. Its SO spacious. I was surprised. The couches are very comfy, as well as the bed! Very important IMO. The modeling of this space is so up to date and nice, you forget youre in a condo. Its so homey. Plenty of closet space with a dresser as well. Generally quiet area. No one bothers you, and I have a dog, so Id walk through often with him. The family is extremely welcoming, but Extremely respectful of your privacy and space. Any issue there was, the landlord was on it! 5 STARS!

Great apartment in prime location

Could not have found a better place during my time in Charlotte. The apartment is in pristine condition and the space is designed in the most efficient way. With its own private entrance and walkway, its easy to forget that it is a garage apartment. The location cannot be beat! Located in a safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood, yet in the heart of everything. The landlords are terrific! Always attentive and quick to respond with any need or request, but also very respectful of your privacy and space. Highly recommend and definitely would stay here again for any future Charlotte assignments!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property! Great location, close to everything, quiet neighborhood. Interior is brand new and very modern. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Landlords were very friendly and attentive with any requests. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Charlotte.

Private Detached Garage Apartment

Great garage apartment; great location and great property owners. Apartment very appealing, great up-to-date appliances and interior design. Large roomy area with large walk-in closet; front room desk area; and all the amenities noted in description. Very safe family neighborhood with peace of mind apartment alarm and, also close to family home with great outdoor night lighting, which was very important to me being that I'm registered nurse who had on call all hours off the night. The property owners were attentive to any need or request. Best of luck happy travel nursing.
