Tiny home
Amazing Tiny Home! The area is warm and cozy, many places to enjoy within walking distance. Loved living here and would recommend to others. Having the loft was great for friends/family when visiting. Great landlords!

the absolute best
This property is everything I dreamed of. The location is a minutes walk to the beach in an adorable neighborhood. The yard is excellent. The amenities are great. The beds are so so comfortable. Half Moon Bay is an absolute dream. But most of all, the landlords became like my family. If I could have stayed here forever I would have. 20 out of 10 stars.

Great deal!!!
My husband and I came to California as travel nurses and ended up staying, HUGELY because of this rental property. Frank and Sally are phenomenal landlords, and the deal cant be beat in the Bay Area. We are heartbroken to be leaving but are excited for the next renters to experience this coastal life. Its legit <5 minute walk to Surfers Beach, hiking close by, tons of cute surfer town vibes and restaurants, the friendliest people, and all around the best memories. If youre hesitating because of the space, youll be surprised at how this place has everything you need! We have especially loved the fire pit outside. The landlords even got outdoor furniture and party lights to make it more comfortable for us! Driving distance to tons of major hospitals, the city, Santa Cruz, and much more. Someone snatch this place up and brag to your friends about this awesome place!!
