Comfortable and convenient

This room is spacious, private, and relaxing. It includes a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom area with a deep garden tub, more storage space than you will need, and an airy covered balcony with expansive sunset views over the city. It is newly and thoughtfully furnished and clean. The neighborhood is safe and very nice to walk through with easy access to trails. There is convenient access to grocery stores, gas stations, movie theaters, restaurants, and major roadways. The property itself is secure, safe, and tidy. The landlords are responsive and available. I would stay here again.

Great Travel Nurse Opportunity

This Mountain View Room is a great option for shared housing. The room is relatively quiet (note: over garage), clean and cozy. Rest is no problem here as the bed is comfortable and the black out curtains are great for night shifters. The private balcony is nice in the spring and summer but does cause the room to get chilly during the fall and winter months. Do note: one room has shared bath accommodations and the other room has a private bath. One tenant lives at the house permanently and the other two rooms are rented to travelers. During my stay, there were three females total. The kitchen is fully equipped to include a Keurig and there is designated refrigerator/pantry space, albeit limited due to the shared nature of the space. The house is also pet friendly depending on the breed of dog, and the permanent tenant was very kind to both of mine. My dogs frequently enjoyed the back patio space while I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Owners P & S have equipped the house with ample security and I felt safe inside. However, the house is close to Central Avenue and it is Albuquerque, NM so due diligence is required. In terms of parking, there are two garage spaces and parking across the street. I would recommend the Mountain View Room to females traveling alone who need reasonable accommodations and who might need a friend.

Travel Nurse Stay

The house is beautiful and well maintained. It's in a safe neighborhood and is easily accessible to the major roads and highway. Overall, the environment is quiet and the other two roommates are easy to get along with. The owners are responsive and have easily worked with my repeated extensions. I would highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in the area.

Amazing housing opportunity

Albuquerque has decent hospitals but what kept me around for almost a full year was this housing. The house is spacious and clean with plenty of privacy when needed. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and basics. The actual room is spacious with a very comfortable bed. The other housemates are wonderful and considerate. They are also great with dogs and are willing to let animals out while I was at work. This is a very convenient location, with quick and easy access to the rest of the city via I40. Paul and Susan, the landlords, are quick to respond to questions and were very willing to work with me for all the extensions of my contract.

Wonderful Albuquerque Abode!

I was apprehensive after reading the crime statistics for ABQ and was so happy to find this home which is in a great neighborhood. Susan's description is spot on. You are close to the main highways so its an easy commute to the local hospitals. The home is clean and inviting. Nicely furnished. Great amenities. And lovely roommates who are nice and pleasant to be around. Paul and Susan from our initial contact made sure to answer any questions I had and are very hospitable. Security is top-notch and you also have some great neighbors who do their own version of neighborhood watch. I recommend!
