Home away from home
I rented with Carmen from June through December in the first floor space with bathroom next to room. This was the perfect space for myself and my cat. I felt so welcome with plenty of space in my room and in the kitchen to share as well as lounge with the roomies. The porch off the first floor bedroom is amazing to get nice fresh air and sun, as well as the patio off the kitchen for amazing sunrises after work :) Plenty of space, lots of parking, and Carmen keeps the house very tidy so perfect for other tidy roomies!! Sad to move out actually, and would LOVE to stay here again.
Beautiful stay at cozy townhome
I stayed here for 3 contracts and it was truly a lovely stay. This townhome is spacious, cozy, quiet and very clean. The neighborhood is pleasant, convenient and safe. If I take another contract in Seattle I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this stay to a close friend or relative.
Amazing Shoreline Room!
I rented from Carmen between March and Nov and had a blast here! Had the Master bedroom which had a very spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom! Plus for the bathroom was that there is a heater in there so no walking out into the cold! The renters have a whole refrigerator separate from Carmen so plenty of space. Also if you like cooking the kitchen has everything you could think of and more! Shoreline is a great neighborhood and very safe. Very had any stolen packages or anything. 10min walk to the Shoreline South Lightrail and close to grocery stores and other food options. Highly recommend
Beatiful home away from home!!
I had a very pleasant experience staying in Carmen's home for 6 months! I worked at UW Northwest, about a 15-20 min commute which was very convenient. I stayed in the first floor bedroom and it was nice having my own bathroom and being the only room on the first floor which allowed more privacy. The townhome itself is very spacious and if you love cooking the kitchen is very well equipped and lots of pantry space if you love snacks like me! (Bonus: got to share nespresso pods with my roomies). The townhome is also very close (6 minute walk,1 min drive) to the lightrail station which can take you to downtown very easily. The area is also very safe to walk in, very nice neighbors and lots of people walking their dogs! Aside from this, Carmen's very nice and will give you food recommendations and things to do around town! she's responsive to any maintenance or house issues you may have. Definitely felt comfortable and at home despite my short stay, would definitely stay here again!!
A very comfortable stay :)
I had the pleasure of staying at Cs place for a full year!! I stayed in the master suite and really enjoyed it. Was nice having my own bathroom and AC wall unit. The property was very close to where I worked in Edmonds and close to the light rail station to get in and out of Seattle. The owner and very accommodating, kind, and flexible!!! Dont sign here if you are not able to clean up after yourself in a timely fashion and/or contribute to community chores/tasks. I would stay here again if I got another Seattle contract :)
A home away from home
This is my first time using furnished finder and this property was a great choice. I recently started travel nursing and landed my first assignment in WA. I stumbled upon this place and I was not very disappointment. Landlord-C is amazing. She's very friendly, helpful and always responded promptly to any emails, text or calls. Being that this was my first time renting- she was very sweet and took the time to let me ask questions. The townhome I think is perfect for travelers. Its close to major freeways and I was literally 5 mins away from Aurora ave that had tons of shops and businesses. Seattle was a quick 15-20 mins away. The kitchen was a good size and allows for multiple people to store items and cook. Cooking supplies are great, lots of space in the refridgerators. Livingroom was a nice place to chill with a good size TV, internet, streaming services and a comfy couch. It was enough space for me to feel like i had my own space-which I loved. Highly recommend this rental!
Great location
Staying in Seattle I must say was a really great experience. C is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She is quick to respond if you have any concerns or issues. The townhouse itself is very nice, modern, spacious. Also the location, its near Costco, Safeway, Target, Fred Myers, Marshalls and an Orange theory. I definitely enjoyed my 3 months stay and would stay here again if I return for another travel assignment.
Great location near north seattle
I stayed here from end of May until September and it was a very nice modern townhome to be in! Super close to the I-5 and easy to get on to head into Seattle. I worked at Swedish ballard campus and my commute wasn't bad at all, usually ~20-25 min to get there even by not using the I-5. the location is very close to stores such as trader joes, fred meyers, and a target. The neighborhood itself is very safe with a nearby park, I would run occasionally in the area and even use the community track nearby. Overall it was a good stay, the owner is very sweet and easy to reach by text if you need anything!
Beautiful, modern townhome in great location!
I (along with my 2 cats), lived in this lovely townhome for a year and can't say enough positive things! The house is newly built and spacious. The location is very close to Seattle and great if you are commuting downtown or even northbound hospitals. It is also conveniently located to many grocery stores and great restaurants/coffee shops (Black Coffee Northwest is a must), some within walking distance. The city of Shoreline itself is a wonderful place to live. It is very safe and full of parks including some with beaches! The neighborhood is perfect for running and many streets have bike lanes. In addition, the interurban trail, a paved bike/running path is only a few blocks away. The owner herself is very accommodating and will give lots of great recommendations for great food and other amenities. She is very responsive by texts to any concerns you may have. During the year I lived there, I had one maintenance issue that was very quickly and promptly addressed by the home owner.
Great choice very close to Seattle
Great choice if working in or around Seattle. Nice modern building with all the amenities you could need. Close to public transportation and Seattle hospitals. Owner is superb, communicates very well. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.
Wonderful, Charming Townhouse
Greatly enjoyed my 6month stay! Even during the height of the pandemic. The property owner was also gracious enough to have shown me around as it was my first time on the West Coast (before everything closed.) The house is beautiful, clean, and pretty new. The location is also great. It's pretty close the highway and main roads without all the noise. Highly recommend renting from this property manager! Upfront, no tricks, review of the property before and after you move out.
Great place to stay in Seattle
I rented from Carmen when I first got to Seattle. It was a super great experience. Carmen is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The townhouse itself is very nice and a steal for a fully furnished room in Seattle. Also the location is convenient, it's really easy to just hop on I-5 and get to downtown.
Brand-new, travel friendly room approx 15 min from downtown Seattle
My husband and I, both travel nurses, lived at this property during our time in Seattle. The townhome is brand new, and squeaky clean. The owner, Carmen, is a staff nurse and she was very welcoming as we had never been to Seattle prior. You are living with several other nurses, so make sure you are comfortable with that; however, for the for the price and distance to downtown Seattle (approx 15 min) this place is a gem. Totally recommend to other travelers especially if working at Seattle Childrens. My husband worked in Kirkland, and also had a reasonable commute.
