Lovely home

Marlene is a wonderful host and prompt to answer any questions or concerns. The place is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with several grocery stores nearby. The room has a blackout shade so great for ppl working nights. Nice clean bathroom that is well maintained, and big shared living space for everyone. There is a nice big pool in the backyard and several chairs to sit out back to enjoy reading a book or tanning in the sun. Marlene does have an adorable hypoallergenic dog named Bella, who is quiet and very friendly with new comers. Overall, I would stayed here again if I get another contract nearby.

Lovely, comfortable room

Lovely room with private bathroom and balcony. I'm a travel Rn and I rented this room for 3 months. I have been very satisfied with my stay here. Its quiet and clean and the room is very spacious. The private bathroom and balcony are a plus. The owner is very nice and polite and gives you your space. I've never had a problem and I would highly recommend this room. The price is very good as well for this area.

Very nice room and respectful host!

I worked the night shift for the nine months I lived in this spacious room. In the summer this room could be a bit warm, but the south-facing private porch was a wonderful plus. The room also comes with your own private bathroom, kitchen & laundry privileges, and a parking spot. The host was completely respectful of my privacy. She mostly ignored my comings and goings and never knocked on my door or called out to me when I was in the room. She largely communicated via text and she was very responsive to any problems or requests. I highly recommend this furnished, quiet, well-equipped room.
