Large Space with Nice Neighborhood

I enjoyed my stay here. The area that's "mine" downstairs is very large, open, and private. It is a little outdated in decor, I wish that there was a full-sized couch. I was here over Christmas and Audrey was very kind in offering to share some of her Christmas lights to decorate for the season. Audrey has been very helpful in making sure that every issue I have had, is fixed. It can be a little noisy because there is not great sound insulation between floors, but if you can live with others it should not be a problem. it's a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. There is a washer and dryer on site, heaters in winter, and if needed a garage space for a little extra money per month. In Winter a great Plus. It's close to shopping like Costco, Target, Cub, and Khols. Easy on Hwy 212 and about a 30-minute drive to the Airport. I would recommend it to other travelers, it's a great place to show up with a suitcase and groceries and you are ready to go.

Quiet and Nice

My girlfriend and I rented the whole basement and it's very nice! The place is very large and it being pet friendly was a huge plus for us. It's in a good neighborhood, and A was always very nice and quick to respond to any issues we may have had. If you travel with a cat, they will love this place. The basement has shelves that go along the walls by all the windows so they can look outside at the birds very easily.

Great place!

A is a great landlord! The place is homey and very easy to rest and relax in. Every time I came home I was greeted by her cute friendly cat Chloe. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Minnesota!

Traveling Lab Tech

I had a wonderful stay at this property. There were a few issues during my stay, but A would always be responsive as soon as possible. I enjoyed the ability to have everything nearby and having a fairly short drive to my job. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Recharged

This stay has been absolutely enchanting. A handles business here like no other, any issues or complaints you have are taken into consideration and heard. No drama or issues. All relaxation. I would renew as much as I can, job willing, and even when i come back, i hope to be here. Staying here for over a year truly feels like a 2nd home to me. It's been nothing but relaxing and straight forward. This home is close enough to get what you need to live while traveling, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and fitness centers. I cannot sing enough praises for the joy I've had at staying at this place. Also the cats are a neurotic delight.

Peaceful

This is a wonderful, quiet peaceful place. I have a private area to cook, relax and eat. A is a wonderful host. If you need anything she willing to get extras for you. This has all the pleasure of being in ur owe home. She pleasant, easy going and respects yr privacy. Im currently extending my contact and extending to stay here. You are such a lovely person A!!!

Recharged

I loved staying here! The caretaker was really nice and accommodating. I wish I could of stayed longer.

Traveling Medical Assistant

I was really satisfied with my stay and the property manager was very helpful, making sure I had what I needed for a safe and relaxing stay. The property was clean, neat and comfortable as advertised. It was great to meet other travelling medical professionals during my stay and we all got along well. The paperwork process was very thorough and I appreciated the professional way the whole arrangement was handled. It was a drama-free environment and I would highly recommend this property.

Nice,clean and quiete Audrey was very kind to me.I left before my lease was offer for crisis response and she was very understanding, she gave back my security deposit and only charged me for the days I stayed there.I highly recommend her property to any traveler in Minneapolis.

Terrible Experience

I had a terrible experience staying at this property. Between a very uncomfortable bed with springs in your back, multiple texts daily from her, treating you like a child, lying to you, violating her own contract by entering your private space without asking/giving you a heads up, and threatening an attorney anytime you confront her about a problem. I could go on about the problems I had including her coming into the basement and taking all the toilet paper so I had none! But please save yourself the time, energy, and money and do not stay at this house.

Home away from home

Very welcoming, cozy, quiet, peaceful. It definitely was a home away from home. The house is close to everything you need, about 5 min drive to the nearest grocery store and gas station. Audrey was very nice and understanding to your needs. You can't help but fall in love with her cats too. Thank you for welcoming me to your home and always making sure I had everything I needed.

Get Recharged

This really is a great place to relax and get recharged. Audrey offered her home and ample space to accommodate my every need. She has a kind heart and was a comfort to me for the 13 weeks while I was working far from home. I recommend her property to anyone seeking a home away from home with a new friend as a bonus!
