Time at the Cozy Guest House

Id definitely recommend staying at Ruths place. The house had everything I needed, with plenty of space in all the main areas, and the backyard/patio was a great bonus. The location is excellent, you can walk to Bishop Arts, nearby parks, trails, and lots of neighborhood paths. The only thing to note is that being close to the hospital means you might hear a bit more traffic or noise at times. Ruth was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. I hardly had any issues during my stay, but if something came up, she and her son handled it right away. My work schedule kept changing, and Ruth was incredibly flexible, throughout my stay.

Great, quiet location. Ruth and Luis are excellent and very responsive. Cozy home with all the amenities you could ever want--would highly recommend!

Great Place!

My wife and I are both travel nurses and this was a perfectly located spot for both of us. We loved the cozy furniture, surrounding neighborhood, and backyard patio area. R was an excellent land lord and very responsive to any of our needs. We highly recommend staying here!

3 month stay

Great place and location! R's apartment had the perfect amount of space for two people as well as an awesome outdoor space. Main street Bishop Arts is an easy walk that is less than a mile. R and her son were very helpful and approachable during our entire stay. We definitely recommend this rental!

Amazing Stay!

This really felt like our second home! We absolutely loved our stay here and had everything we needed! R was so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this stay for any temporary traveler looking for a home away from home!
