STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY

A formal report has been submitted to both the furnished finder and the city of St. Louis. The property has black mold throughout, improperly installed appliances with exposed wires, and a basement ceiling thats falling down and covered in water and black mold. The listing is inaccurate; theres no smart TV in the bedroom and no central air conditioning in the house. Every window unit is way too small for the size of the rooms theyre in, and each one is riddled with black mold. And dont even get me started on the bathroom; the shower wall is falling apart, and theres black mold all over the shower and the carpet. I ended up moving out two months sooner then I had planned when I booked the property, have contacted furnished finder about the property and owner.
