There is also lots of storage in the basement as well as the second bathroom and laundry. Secure back yard is great for family, friends and pets featuring a pergola, grill, firepit, and many lovely rose bushes.

We had a spectacular time staying at Jeff's place. The area is very walkable and safe - you have access to a mall, restaurants, movie theater, grocery/pharmacy - everything you would need! The house itself is spacious with two bedrooms. There is a lovely backyard patio that is perfect for sitting out when it's not too warm. Covered but separate garage that is perfect for storing your vehicle. If we come back to Denver we know where we will stay! 20 min drive to UcHealth Anschutz pavilion

Great location!
Location in Cherry Creek is prime and a very easy <20 minute commute to UCHealth. It's walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, Trader Joe's, and an overall central location to everything in Denver. The unit itself is very quiet, with a large bathroom, lots of storage, living room + large TV with all of the streaming platforms, and had everything I needed during my stay. I never had an issue with parking and J was friendly and a great host overall! The kitchenette was manageable, but definitely be aware that it is not a full kitchen and can be difficult to make full meals in.

Everything you need, great location!
Awesome location in Cherry Creek. Walkable to lots of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and city parks. Located within a mile or two of St Joe's and UC Health. The basement apartment has its own access and comes fully-furnished with everything you need, including a washer and dryer, mini-fridge, Keurig, small kitchenette, your own bathroom/shower, TV room, and bedroom. Always plenty of street parking in front of the house. Jeff is a great host - very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again!
