Your Private Move-in Ready One Bedroom/Bath Studio

Absolutely loved living in this basement unit. Immediately felt at home! The bed is super comfy, nice tv + sofa. The rest room is spacious as well and also had plenty of closet space. Also loved that there is a window providing daylight! I was also able to cook my meals with the provided oven( air fryer/oven) with its many settings. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located in front of your door so everything was set up perfectly. Lastly the neighborhood is super safe and has plenty of street parking which was a huge plus for me. Overall, would love to come back and stay with Sally, she is always willing help and is always willing to suggest new places to visit while out here!

S is a class act and a genuinely respectful and great host. The property is comfortable, clean, well-thought out and well cared for. The neighborhood is also great, centrally located and has access to most major stores within a couple miles. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

S's place is great! All the small decoration touches made it feel like home. Basically has everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Great location, not too close and not too far from Denver. Would definitely recommend to any travel nurse coming to Denver !

S is absolutely amazing! I've been traveling for the past 4 years and I've worked in 10 different states. This is definitely one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. S is very down to earth, super easy to get along with, and extremely accommodating. The bed is also the most comfortable bed I've stayed in along with the down pillows. Everything is really clean and well taken care of. The washer and dryer is right outside your door which is absolutely perfect for travel nurses. It's in a great spot not too far from the downtown hospitals or the Aurora campus hospitals. It's also very close to a lot of restaurants and a ton of shopping. The space is in the basement and is very private and she basically has everything you need. There's a ton of closet space, the bathroom is large, the bed is large, and the TV is large! S has priced it competitively because she's a good person who doesn't feel the need to charge somebody $2,500 for a studio apartment! You'll love living here!

This space was perfect for my situation and I highly recommend renting from Sally! She always made sure I had everything that I needed and she went above and beyond to make her home welcoming and inviting for me. Whenever I needed something, Sally did not hesitate to help me and I am so appreciative of her kindness. The studio was clean and comfortable. The area was clean and welcoming when I arrived, but Sally makes the space even better. She goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect from the unbelievably comfortable mattress to ensuring the closet space has enough room for your belongings. This studio is absolutely amazing!! This was my first travel assignment so I was really nervous about staying in temporary housing but Sally made it feel just like home!! The space is immaculate and I felt just like I was at home. The homeowner is wonderful and she is always available for any questions or concerns. Having the perfect place to stay made this first experience great!! I'd definitely recommend this property.

This place is perfect for the traveling nurse and Sxxx is awesome! Honestly I hate to leave, however my living situation has changed. I absolutely love this studio and felt right at home from day one.

I stayed in the basement studio for a couple of months and then also in the room upstairs for 2 weeks. The basement studio was perfect for my stay- Its decorated with lovely homey touches, has a comfy bed, and a super nice bathroom. The washer and dryer was right outside the door which was super helpful and I was able to use the full kitchen upstairs if needed. What sets this space apart is Sally. Sally goes over and beyond to make you feel comfortable and she is very professional and kindhearted. I couldn't have asked for a better landlord; plus Bella is a cute addition! I highly recommend!!

Sally was wonderful to work and live with- she was accommodating and flexible with the timing I was looking for. I stayed in the extra bedroom upstairs and it worked out perfectly. The bedroom is a great size and the bed is super comfortable! Access to the fully equipped kitchen and plenty of street parking outside. I loved living there and getting to know Sally, I definitely recommend it!

Finding this place was the absolute best blessing to me! Moving to Denver for work with limited information on the things that are important - safety, comfort and community - was stressful to say the least. Words can not express how ABSOLUTELY perfect this space is...I was so disappointed when I had to leave. The design of this space is perfection. It has everything a traveler needs and then some - I promise. The host is one of the most gracious and generous spirits you could meet - so accommodating and thoughtful. And she has the best neighbors. Can't wait to return - they are the best!

I stayed at this property for three months, and absolutely loved it! It was completely furnished, even more than whats written on the site. Sally, the property owner, is very detail-oriented and provided me with everything I needed. Shes also a very generous host and has invited me to a few dinners with her, which was super nice since Im new in town. The room is super clean and everything works great. The washer and dryer are right outside my door which makes doing laundry super convenient, and theres a pool available in the community as well. Super recommend this property!!!
