Very nice 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen, living room, laundry room. Nice patio out back with table and chairs. Kitchen well equipped to cook anything you want. City Market about 5 minutes away. Bathroom has plenty of towels, wash clothes just bring your personnal things! Nice big walk in closet in master bedroom. Double sinks and shower in master bath.

LOVE THIS PROPERTY
Exceptional home! Stayed here for over 4 months and absolutely loved it. Beautiful, spacious yard, quiet neighborhood, fully furnished with all amenities you may need. Rent is more than fair for the area. Short drive to some unbelievable hikes (Colorado Nat Monument, Glenwood Springs, Moab) skiing (Powderhorn), snowshoeing (Grand Mesa) and the Colorado River. This home had everything we needed to host family, relax, and work remotely. Despite some minor plumbing issues, the property manager, M, who we love, and owners K and S were incredibly kind and accommodating. Cant rave enough about this spot!

Great place, great hosts!
This is a wonderful and comfortable place to stay with everything you need. It's well located to easily enjoy Western Colorado adventures and outdoor activities. The hosts were friendly, flexible, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again-5 stars!
